My predictions

United 1-2 PSG
Roma 2-0 Porto

I got Man United winning 2 - 1 in our betting pool.  Cavani is out for this leg, so that should be another blow for PSG.

And I have a good feeling United is going thru.

Finally champion league will continue and started for today that two match available today for round 16 and i have decide to pick Manchester United ML with the odds @2.4 and for Roma ML with the odds @3.4 but i was wondering for those match today that the odds for them are more likely high

I mean, despite the injuries of Ney and Cavani which is definitely a big blow to the team, they still have some quality players. I believe their front three tonight will be Mbappe, Di María, and Draxler/Choupo-Moting, that's still deserves a bit of respect, so it's not like Man Utd will have an easy game tonight, remeber that their defence sometimes is a bit shaky.

Tonight, I'm going with: Roma vs Porto / + 1.5 goals @1.27 ~ PSG vs Man Utd / BTTS @1.66. Don't want to predict a winner just yet, I'll save that for the 2nd leg.

Manchester United 4 months ago would have lost to PSG easily, it wouldn't be even a discussion, its hilarious that we think Manchester United has a shot at beating PSG because just couple months ago they looked like they would be beaten by any other 15 teams but now they look like a brand new team that is dangerous and could potential beat anyone else.

Juventus was always a great team but I really didn't consider how much getting Ronaldo would help, I was thinking Ronaldo was purely a jersey sale transfer and after his age he wouldn't contribute but he really turned that team into a team that could potentially beat all other teams. This champions league will be real fun and I will be watching all the games very close since almost all games look like it will be amazingly entertaining.

I don't think that PSG will lose the chance to get the advantage from the first leg of the matches. All they need is to score at least one goal, or no matter how the game will go, just to score as much as they can.
And they have the power and the dynamic players to do so.

I don't expect high scoring games in first leg. Teams aren't going to risk too much. Away goals is also very important in such games. Even if PSG will lose tonight, but score away goal it will be a big factor. In other game I'm quite confident that Roma will win tonight.

The line up is out already, I'd have love to see Paredes start the match, and Daniel alves deployed to his rightful wingback position in place of Kehrer, while Julian draxler would be more effective on the wing.

No drama in Roma Vs Porto. Match finished at 2 - 1 for Roma. Finally they won. There was a brilliant save by the Porto keeper or the end could be 3 - 1 for Roma.

And PSG just won 0 - 2

My prediction for PSG was

PSG will win by 0 -  2 even though Neymar is not playing

Record broken! Porto has lost to Roma already, but I expect a tougher 2nd and anything could still happen... Man United just lost at home to PSG 2 - 0 and will be without the service of Paul Pogba  in the second leg, wouldn't it be safer to just consider them eliminated already, with the return leg to be played in Paris.

Still, I think it's to early to write-off MU, despite that their chances are minimal now. PSG will be able to play full squad in second leg, while MU will not have Pogba. BTW, what do you guys think about Alexis performance tonight?
Roma - Porto was quite boring game, especially in first half. It was memorable night for young Roma talent Zaniolo who scored 2 goals. But only after few minutes Porto scored very important away goal. I's difficult to predict something before second leg, it's enough for Porto just to win 1:0.

Tuchel absolutely crushed Solskjaer tonight. Man-to-man marking on Pogba with Marquinhos, and that's it, Man Utd can't play their usual football. I thought it was pretty obvious and I was waiting for the baby-faced assassin to make his move to change things up, but it seems like unexperienced got to him. Add to that Young was getting bodied by Di Maria throughout the whole game, and that Verrati absolutely dominated the midfield, and you can pretty much understand why Man Utd lost tonight. In other words, the team with the better players and better manager won tonight.

Still, I think it's to early to write-off MU, despite that their chances are minimal now.

The only reason why I won't say that this is over is because PSG blew a 4-0 lead against Barcelona a couple of years ago. Otherwise, I would say, yes, PSG confirmed to be the first team in the quarter finals.

BTW, what do you guys think about Alexis performance tonight?

Think this was big for MNU. However team play much better and it more confident with Solskjaer as coach. But PSG shown that they are great even without Neymar and Cavani. They won and they have lead in next match that they play home, on other side MNU will play without Pogba cuz he got red after receiving second yellow.

I was pretty confident that MNU will win or play draw cuz they played very well from the moment Solskjaer took them but seem like big matches requires big team and goals and they didnt have that last night.

I had bet on both matches as a draw yesterday and was very happy when first half finished only to be very sad when the second half finished.

I thought Manchester United would keep up for the second half but didn't , Roma I know is better than Porto but thought that the teams would play with caution.

Tonight I have also bet on two draws. Good games overall though.
