1:0 is a very unsafe result. Moreover, the second leg will be held at Etihad Stadium [Manchester City home]. But I think it is not a bad result for Totthenham, it is one step ahead to the next stage. If Totthenham can make 1 goal in the early game on the second leg, they have a big chance to go to the next stage.  

The result I'd unsafe as you said but it still on the better side for Tottenham since they dont consume any goal from Manchester city but City really mess up in today's match when they loose the opportunity they had to have 2:1 aggregate.

Liverpool's 2-0 win against Porto is good enough and if I see Liverpool last night playing well and solidly, and if Liverpool play like last night I think Liverpool will win again in the second leg match in Porto later.

Yeah, A bit unexpected, well win is a win, congrats to Spurs, a good start on the first leg. The thing is i can't believe Pep is not using their main player/team at first, i guess he is underestimate Spurs in this game. Well we still have 2nd leg, and Man City is really beast at their home.

Hey while all had expected Manchester City to win and nearly qualify for the next round Tottenham showed sheer determination, and defeated Manchester City. I’m surprised by how wasteful Manchester City was they missed the penalty they got, and then allowed Tottenham to get back in the game. Also in the other match Liverpool have won comfortably, and I feel they have already progressed to the next round.

It was unexpected. I missed the match, so went through the highlights. I may be wrong, but it looked like Man City was the team which dominated the match, until the 78th minute goal by Son Heung Min. Anyway... all the best for the next match, on 18th April.

Ajax - Juventus, surprisingly the odds for Juventus win is 2.xx which is big in this match, i guess i will place my money into this. Worth to take imo. I think Juventus can win, even only with 0-1. It's quite scary though play at Ajax home.

United finally lost their premier league game, and got knocked out by the same opponents in the FA Cup, so at least we know the honeymoon is over and Barcelona are also knowing this. I hope we rip them to shreds at Old Trafford, no offence, but if they go on they would probably meet Liverpool anyway and they can't win that. So here's to a Barcelona Liverpool Semifinal. Has been a long time I think hasn't it.

I think Barcelona has a high odd for today game because Manchester United has not the power to stop a Barcelona like the one of this year.I will bet a decent amount of crypto on Barcelona double chance as I think the worse can happen to them is a draw.

But now with Kane injured,,, and it seems possible for a long term until the end of the season, it will be a tough match. We should see though, they played better without Kane so maybe it is not so bad.

Now the next mission, score away goal at Manchester City next Wednesday and defend like we did last night.

Manchester City was unlucky as they lost the penalty in the early game when the score was 0-0.
Tottenham has an advantage to the next game but Man City will play at its home with their fans supporting them. I think that this season is a good opportunity for City to qualify till the final.

It is not that big because Chiellini is missing in defence and also the in-form Emre Can will not play because of an injury and he is very important to Juve's defensive plans. Ronaldo was a doubt but will most likely start and all those team issues influenced the odds.

I read some stats a few weeks ago that Juventus concedes 0.5 goals when Chiellini is on the field and 1.10 when he isn't! Huge difference.

as usual ManC since pep became a coach. they play dominating with ball possession. but ball possession is not enough. they also need an effectiveness and luck. I am also looking forward to the second leg match. hope to present an interesting match. left behind on one goal in the first leg. ManC is very dangerous in etihad stadium and no team has been able to defeat them lately.

Huge result for Spurs last night after a hard fought battle against City, Son's goal was well taken after the City defence all stopped to wait for a whistle that never came. Great save on the penalty from Lloris to keep them in the game at ~12 minutes too, could have been a completely different game if City went 1-0 up early on. The next leg should be an exciting game as long as Tottenham don't decide to try and sit back and defend the aggregate lead next week.

Liverpool won comfortably at home as expected, I reckon they should be able to take Porto in the away leg with the 2-0 aggregate lead.

I dont expected either but the Manchester city missed their chances(goal penalty) so the Tottenham definitely have the right to win the match. It will be better if we focus on todays matches which will kickoff in the 8hours plus.
