City's starting 11 seems much better and much more offensive than the one that played the first leg. I think they'll go through. It might look like this :
Manchester City : Ederson - Walker, Stones, Laporte, Otamendi - Silva, Gündogan, Silva, De Bruyne, Sterling - Agüero
On the other side, no Harry kane of course.
Guardiola said it's better for him and the team that he lost with 1-0 instead of ending in a 0-0 draw. He said he was very happy with the way his team was playing but they failed to create many chances and also Aguero missed a penalty. They should be ready now to win this match easily and move forward in the semi-finals.

Three CB's plus Walker?? Anyway I think Pep needs to mix it up. Bring back Sane to the left and Sterling to the right with Aguero or Jesus (to really mix it up) slightly more forward in between. Start KDB and hope Fernandinho is healthy enough to start too.

I still think Man City will qualify for the semi finals unless Spurs score first. They will be in deep shit if that happens.

I am hoping for the deep shit. It would be ideal that Spurs score first and City starts playing total attacking football. I don't care who will pass trough so they can score as many as they want after that. I am just hoping for an entertaining evening and not 0:0 game until 80th minute when Pep decides it's time to go all in.

I don’t think it’s in Pep’s DNA to play like that, City will start the game at full throttle & break neck speed. They usually score early, they could really do with flying out of the traps.

I was fascinated watching yesterday match between ajax and juve. The style of play of those youngsters is amazing, but i have to say that juventus didn't even fought. It's sad that such a giant club has lost, but i love this cinderella story of ajax that is creating on our eyes.

Wait, no Fernandinho? Is he injured? IMO that's a bigger blow than Spurs not having Kane (Tottenham had a pretty good run without him a few months ago), but Fernandinho is key in the midfield for both defending and attacking. If Gundogan is the one taking the defensive role, I believe Spurs have a good chance of causing some damage with counter attacks.

He already played that position several times when Pep wanted more defensive oriented left back. But they will not play like that. Mendy is starting and Stones is on the bench.

City vs Tottenham already 1-2 at 11'. The Spurs seems that they won't resign from the qualification dream and they have already made a huge step towards their goal. The match will be very interesting till the end.

After the first half, I expect 3 more goals. I predicted 4-6 goal boundary in this game but looks like scored goals will be more what I guessed. Already put my bet for over 3 Asian goals.

Was 2-2 at around 11 mins in.Currently Spurs are leading on Aggregate 3-2 and Man City needs to have 2 goal lead to qualify through to the next round. Currently it looks like Spurs are most likely going to qualify. Loads of time remaining though. Anything can happen. 20 mins done, 70 mins +additional time remaining. Edit: Man City scored again leading 3-2 and 3-3 on aggregate.

Holy crap. I was prepared to get the offside ruling and while waiting for VAR... Bloody hell that other match 3-2 in 21 minutes! I knew Son would be on fire and he did great to keep it flowing with the away goal but what on earth that is attacking football.
Meanwhile we survived 11 shots to get a goal with our only shot so far. My 20/1 Liverpool and Spurs parlay isn't dead in the water yet!

Really hope man city win this, love tottenham but they dont have the squad depth to win the champions league if 1 or 2 of the first 11 get injured.
