Now a day's,  new altcoin getting weird now a days.
Few days back i thought a coin called JINBI they gaining fund  for there coin, after funding they vanish.

I personally don;t know because the space is now wierd now with so many scams and even ALtcoins value dropping significantly after entering exchanges. STOs seems to be interesting and my hope is just they get it right because I want to recover all I lost into the market last year

Few of them are legit and its basically normal for an altcoin now to vanish after fulfilling their soft/hard caps. Some probably will continue but many of them will just start to disappear. I have my personal experience for trusting a certain altcoin and as of now, I'm in a depth loss for this coin.

The legit ones are those who has established team and has been working for the development of that coin.

A lot of scam projects happened lately to the fact that you dont even know which one is legit and which one is not. If i would choose an ICO to invest, i will put my money on the top 10 altcoins on the list. Its not new on the internet anyways.

For me all are playing safe and it's hard to say that some of project can give us a good profit. Some of project are good and aome of are not that's why it's important to fine a legit one that have unique concept to their project or product.

I put them all on bittorrent and look at the chart right now and what a beautiful chart. altcoin still can be trusted as long as you can choose the best one. I guess you can now consider files.fm or fetch ai as your choice. both have real product.

I've invested in one project also last year. I thought everything was legit, the team, the project. But turned out, they couldn't deliver their promises. And the coins are not worth it to sell in the exchanges as I will get only few bucks. Lesson learned. Even if the team is legit, there's no guarantee of the project's success. Better check out their final product before investing in a certain project. Maybe, they have the chance to attain success.

I was promoting the JINBI project last year thinking that the project can be good since they are all very active in social media always updating its supporters with daily posts. JINBI is supposed to be dealing with gold and cryptocurrency. Now, it turned out to be just another scam with the funds all gone now with the wind or rather in the hands of the scammers. Oh well, I am not wondering why so many cryptocurrency enthusiasts are getting disillusioned, discouraged and maybe leaving this marketplace as this is just tantamount to burning your own money while doing it excitedly and even smiling thinking that something good can be returned...then later on realized we are just holding empty bags full of holes.

At that time JINBI did look promising, and I felt interested but unfortunately, the funds were insufficient and did not invest, hearing this I was also concerned. If it is seen that the team's performance is quite good and dedicated, but for now it has disappeared or it may not be valuable, I think it is also natural because indeed all the trends are at a low level. Can only wait for recovery and of course altcoin will follow and improve.

There is nothing reliable here, the question in the other is whether it makes a profit or not, this is how the whole market works. All come to recoup the loss and find their own coin, but find deception.

Actually that token had value earlier so it just an exit scam after they made huge funds,most altcoins are in the same situation like JINBI but bitcoin and other potential crypto currencies has been in the circulation for many years so you can trust them and invest on it long term.

Don't group all altcoins together. Altcoins really just means 'all of crypto except bitcoin'. There is a huge variety of alts, some are legitimate some are not. For new coins there is always a risk that it is a scam, so this is why researching before you jump in is vitally important. We must always be alert to keep ourselves safe from the scammers.

Alts vary, and can't be groupe together, but in this case I think you are talking about middle to lower end alts, Vechain, ledu, eos for me.

I only see potential and quality altcoins, but for coins that might have progressed, it is better to avoid and just monitor. We need a lot of ideas to be able to make new coins that are legitimate and potentially, moreover a less friendly market.

JINBI is still running even though it has a low value, this is reasonable because it is indeed a red market situation. Bitcoin and altcoin have fallen and somehow, where promising projects have not been able to provide high value.

I would say that majority of coins right now are just being used by manipulators for the classic "pump-and-dump" scheme. So it's really hard to trust any altcoins today specially those in the bottom of the food chain.

If I'm going to bet my money, I will still pick coins listed in the top 10, still safe but not prone to market manipulation as well. But it's hard to manipulate them as compare to coins in the bottom though, specially if they have been listed on a exchanges which is very shady.

If they do not pay and trade on the exchange/s, I will affirm that we should not invest in such projects.

It is not a new thing, the scam projects exist since ever nothing to be surprised about the only thing you can do is to learn how to avoid them whether you are investing or participating in a bounty, do proper research on every project before you join it and make sure that the team is legit and they have a real project on hands not just words without anything to back it up.

Precious stones and cryptocurrency are like earth and the sky. Both of them are two completely different things, remember that we are still far from regulation while precious metal itself is full of regulation. It is very hard to merge these two things because of the law and regulation.
and at the same time, cryptocurrency has no real value. The value is created based on speculation and it is very unlikely for people to use it as a tool to determine the price or evaluating certain thing in form of cryptocurrency.
