What we will do now after this case is that you will have a email with confirmation link. You click it and only then TX will go out. For some it might be annoying but feels like we cant live without it.

Might I suggest making this optional in Settings? So: "disable withdrawal confirmation emails" > click > get one email to confirm this > never get email again unless you enable it again.

How long does it show "Soon"? I've only tested altcoins, but the "Soon" is always gone instantly after I refresh. If that's the same for Bitcoin withdrawals, what are the odds of you seeing "Soon" when someone else made the withdrawal?

If your account (or computer) has been compromised, you should have changed your password from a different computer. I can't find the option to change the password anywhere in Settings, but it is possible to add 2FA.

You should ENFORCE now email verification before withdrawal is released for the security of everyone.

None of that is going to help you if the withdrawal is made by someone with access to your device.

I hate those! Some exchanges require a password, captcha, email and 2FA nowadays to login, which makes me go there less often because it's too time consuming.

@Mahdirakib I’ll second that as the password change option should be available once we login, and I’m sure that once the admin sees that most of his users want this option then he’ll implement it. Also I don’t remember if they send an welcome email or no, but if you need any help then ask in the live chat as the admin and sujon are very active there.

Juggy777  you are right, Blackjack.fun is a site that is constantly being created keeping in mind the likes of the players. So if player want to see the password changing option in the setting option, then they will build this. Also the same thing about welcome email from blackjack.fun. If player want this then no problem to create it for them as I know.

I like the new changes team. I propose shifting the live chat support toggle to the bottom right of the page just like other popular crypto gambling sites making it easier to find in my opinion.

Also, I propose adding a proper tutorial for newbies(Videos etc) related to Blackjack in order to make the learning curve easier for them.

Nice update. Just checked and it's working well to me. But what will for the user who want to play without creating any account there?

* It's also good that I can see my email in setting, But I think It should be copyable. I can not copy the email or username from there. So take care it too.

* Try to link the transaction ID in the withdrawal and deposit page(it's already in deposit page).

Not really that necessary for tutorial vids but I do agree with that placement with that Live support toggle should be placed on the bottom right because this is the common place where you can find it.

Today noticed a new thing is updated. Details of withdrawal info is added in withdrawal page. In past we can not see it in withdrawal page. (There is a option to check withdrawal tnx in affiliates though). Nice update and keep it up to make blackjack.fun more attractive.

Thank you for a good suggestion! I think privacy creation for users is very good idea. Some players might like that. We will do that. Hopefully will be ready on Monday. Many users have the same username as in bitcointalk for example.
I dont think it is a good idea that anyone can start checking how much they play, stats and so on. Will take away all the privacy from players who will keep the public mode on. Will skip this idea.

I'd suggest adding Built-in Exchanger so that everyone can withdraw in the currency they want. I believe most casinos have this feature and it helps a lot for example for those who don't want to pay 0.6mBTC on fees.

If you don't want to pay Bitcoin withdrawal fees, you shouldn't deposit Bitcoin. For altcoins with a low withdrawal fee you can use Instant exchanges.

@sujonali1819 indeed it’s a nice idea but this can definitely wait when the casino has grown much bigger than what it currently is, and till then you’re right users can use alt coins for withdrawals. Also when you say new games are coming do you mean in house ones or the admin is planning to add third party games on the site?.

So after we added email confirmations for withdrawals. It came out that many accounts which are only chasing freerolls daily, dont have access to their provided emails.
Many alternative accounts got banned. All detected alternative accounts will be banned. This is the new Norm.

If there would be possibility to change the email then it would not give any withdraw protection for users.

Good side is that freerolls are much more honest after this.



If there is a legitimate users who dont receive confirmation email for some specific email server what does not accept emails from small email servers. Then I will send the confirmation link manually.
Atm seems like AOL can be a bit problematic with receiving emails. We look into it, how to solve that.
