I do hope that the team seize the opportunity to explore other markets and see if Hong Kong currency could be added to the fiat currency which would be added to the exchange.

That’s would be amazing. Although, there’s a korean cryptocurrency, KRW, it’s very popular with korean exchanges. Adding KRW would attract korean traders, and that’s a lot of volume.

As much as this is good news, It's no suprise to me because my level of confidence on the BCNEX team is unparalleled. I mean those guys have been consistent from day one till now. As much as I know, crypto hasn't seen anything yet. BCNEX is here to stay and their are leaving no stone unturned

It's agreeable that Bcnex has a strong financial base, but that's not a yardstick for doing allocating so much for a bounty that doesn't add much value to the project. As it stands the project is yet to get its hardcap of $30m and the last time I checked, the amount raised was less than $15m which was the previous hardcap.

Isn't KRW just the abbreviation for the South Korean Won?! There isn't a KRW stablecoin like USDT, isn't it? Or are you talking about a potential fiat gateway for BCNEX that supports Korean Won?

Stop it and he doesn't even read the article properly. $2 millions are not for the bounty program but it used to convert bcnex that already earned through earn program to be converted into XRP. Remember the distribution of the bounty reward is not decided yet by the dev.

i agree with your statement i too believe good customer support is useful and needed now a days not providing adequate support to the customer can become a barrier to success of that participation project  but i am hoping that bcnex will provide a good customer service via building good relationships with the people.

I don’t know the reason but it seems when project grow, they forget they have to attend to a growing novice community that’s interested in them. Maybe the get preoccupied with bigger jobs, but they should have somebody do every job.
