Honestly I don't know why you decided to post with such a very big text size. This text size and posting style are actually not helpful for your posts, and only bring adverse effects.
How you do you feel after posting by looking at your own posts?
With me, I feel your posts make me struggling to read them well enough.
Let's use normal text size or at least not too big size like 25pt, that is extremely big.
They have been posting like this for a very long time. This is one of the reasons their thread is totally inactive, and no one interacts with it. But they are dumb enough not to understand this. They keep ignoring any kind of questions and think bumping their thread is enough. I believe it happens because their higher-ups never monitor their work. The employees keep doing the same thing again and again, which is actually boring.
I am working in the private sector. The higher-ups always set unreal targets for us and keep pressuring us to improve. However, we all know that they are doing it, so we keep maintaining the good work. They don't really expect much improvement. But if they let us work as usual, the quality will drop.
This is what distinguishes good casinos from poor ones. If support and customer service are top-notch, it's immediately evident in how they respond to customer suggestions and problems, or, as with Bitcointalk, user feedback.
It's clear that everyone is watching, and if there are any doubts about the quality of support, it's simply discouraging.
These are the foundations of running a good business, but as you can see, not everyone understands them.
