9 days to 13 days is a fall, I am not saying they are not profiting, and I keep saying that 13 days for 10 million bet is still awesome just getting a bit worse. Plus this was during the pandemic when everyone gambled more, take a look at all the other websites and you will see that other casinos are getting more and more customers.

The restrictions due to the pandemic are already being relaxed extremely, at least here in Europe, there are hardly any countries with curfews any more, many people are working in the office as usual again and therefore have less time for leisure activities such as gambling.

But one should also not ignore the fact that summer now begins in the northern hemisphere. Traditionally, players now spend less and less time online, hanging out in the open and going on vacation.

So I would not interpret too much into a drop of the rate how fast the next 10 Mio are reached

Well, there is that dilemma about gamblers, they are inclined to spend more time outside during summer periods and that is definitely a reason why it could get slow in the casino world, but also let's not forget that there is still pandemic going on outside as well.

Just because rules are changing and you are a bit more free to go outside (still with masks I hope) that doesn't mean everyone would be willing to go outside right away. The virus is still out there, there is still no vaccine and the cure helps you if you are semi healthy anyway and if you are old or have important sickness regarding lungs, you are still pretty close to death. At the end of the day casino world should still be a bit higher than usual, before all of this, because many people are still stuck at home even if not for rules but for their health.

@Lakai01 you’re absolutely correct and on top of what you have said I’ll add one more reason why we’re seeing less gambling activity on the site, it’s because of the reopening of the land based casinos hence many gamblers are now spending less time online. @wozzek23 I’m not sure if you have read my thread about Las Vegas casinos reopening, because in that thread I had written how the flight for Las Vegas was fully booked, and there was lots of crowd in the Las Vegas casinos.

@Lakai01 you’re absolutely correct and on top of what you have said I’ll add one more reason why we’re seeing less gambling activity on the site, it’s because of the reopening of the land based casinos hence many gamblers are now spending less time online. @wozzek23 I’m not sure if you have read my thread about Las Vegas casinos reopening, because in that thread I had written how the flight for Las Vegas was fully booked, and there was lots of crowd in the Las Vegas casinos.

There is still a pandemic going on but the difference is there isn't that many people with the sickness anymore and we know two things that is changing the results significantly. One of them is we know how it is spread, the first early days of the virus we didn't really know how, for example I didn't ordered food from outside for 71 days but after a while I got a guarantee from a professor (well not me, he was on TV and said it) that food is not spreading the virus so you can eat it, just make sure to clean the packaging and throw it out and wash your hands carefully but after that just pick up your plate and eat it.

So, we know more about how it is spread, but the second thing is we know that there is a "cure" now, it is not really a cure yet but it is a lot faster, in a week you get better, which means less time in hospitals which means more spaces in hospitals as well. So, I would assume even though it won't be like the previous years, people will want to get out, just with masks and gloves and all that but still would go out.

That's right, of course, I forgot the probably most important point in my enumeration. I'm not sure whether people who play primarily in offline casinos have now switched to crypto sites in times of the pandemic or whether they prefer the online platforms of well-known casinos. But I wouldn't know how to find out or if there are statistics about that. Would be interesting to read in any case.

Just checked on your website but I do not find something like notification about this scheduled maintenance.
I do think it will be better if you can add a pop up notification or in a running text on your website or probably on your chatbox.
Just to make sure that all your players notice about this upcoming maintenance, as I believe not all your players come from this forum.

I doubt that people who can go to land base casinos and people who play on windice overlap each other that much, sure there could be a few but not as much as changing it from 9 days to 13 days type of amount. Having some of them on the website is probably a good thing but I doubt having too many of them would be great neither, the landbase ones are very different from the online ones, maybe at poker it is a bit better but usually it is better to play at the landbase one in many games just because of the atmosphere of the place and not the games itself, on online games it is the games that matter and that's it.

At the end of the day it could be a small part of the reason and I would agree, but I doubt it really mattered much enough to change anything for windice this much, I still think people being able to go out is the key reason.

A proper business would really be having a proper way of announcing of things unless if its an emergency or urgent maintenance but still it does

really need some notification towards the maintenance neither it can be done via email or simply having that pop out notification when you  do first

^ Yeah that is the thing about the maintenance, you want to be in the know and you want a notification and you want to make sure that your money is safe etc etc many things that gets you worrying. However it also gives you hope, hope that they are working on the website and didn't gave up, that is an important thing in the crypto casino world because many places just makes their casino and get it going and then just count their profits, that's it, this place is not like that they are working on it.

For a while there it was talked about how they are not doing anything too new and it wasn't getting the attention it used to get but now that with the maintenance is done maybe they will do something that would be bigger and better and get a lot more attention once again like they used to get.

It is not about how long the maintenance would be done, it is just about notifying users about it to avoid panicking from users especially new players.
If new users has just started by making deposit then the site is under maintenance when the players came back after making the deposit then they will feel something bad.
If there is early notification, players will be able to decide what to do. e.g. waiting for the maintenance first before making deposit.
Surely any sites will have unexpected maintenance, but since it is about scheduled maintenance then early notification is a must IMO.

There are always small UI improvements or new features that are added, but the games and the general user interface has not changed. @Lakai01 I’ll agree that there may have been small improvements, but the overall UI has in fact remained the same, and in case something major was changed then someone from their team should come out here, and explain what that change was. Further I didn’t knew about those new levels, and it seems that I missed it hence I’ll check those new levels soon thanks for pointing it out.

Like you said the games and the general user interface are not changed since they launch it, there are some features that look new for me i.e leveling system, shop, VIP and wincoin (I'm inactive from the site around 5 months or more). Even the UI did not change that much but it still fresh for me.

I agree that there hasn't been any changes to design of the website at all, it has been the same website ever since it began. Also when you talk about change in the design you do not talk about small stuff like leveling system or the addition of wagering competition part of the website which didn't existed when it first started but now has been a part of it for a long time. Those type of small additions and removals are not really design changes.

What we consider design change is actually changing the design of the website to something new and different, doesn't have to be good or bad, usually even a bad change could lead to good results because people want to see something new, or could lead to bad results as people were comfortable with the old one. All in all this place has been the same exact website as the one over a year ago.
