Got a Job after loosing hope in Bounties

Yeah, you should consider to focus on your real life job and don't make Bounty as your main income for yourself. Current crypto condition right now is not like 2017 when you can get easily buck by doing some easy bounty task.
I don't tell you to stop working on bounties, but try to make bounty as your part-time job while you are free. Crypto is still potential, you can keep your tokens/coins that you got from the bounty and keep it until it becomes valuable and then it can become your life-savings too.

You shouldn't rely on bounties as your main source of income. It's too unreliable with all the scams and failed projects...
If you want to stay in crypto you might want to try trading.

Too big a risk if we want to do this because at this time the gift itself is very risky. where many failures occur and we don't get payment

I’m not sure that they’ve been living the world. And there simply should not be one owed. Well, I can say get $ 100 for 4-5 months of work is very wild.   I hope to find a gold project to even out my costs * (I also think about finding a job.

I think you are quite frustrated with the current bounty conditions, not paying and fraud. Bounty has not finished, only you haven't joined the right bounty

Hi,

I was a bounty hunter just like many others here. Was hoping that i can earn my living by doing bounty hunting rather then kissing someone's azz 9 to 5. But it looks as if the cryptocurrency world is not ready for us or may be not willing to accept us anymore.
So after sticking to my beliefs that it will grow and good times will come, but the time has come that i have to look for alternates and here i am sitting in an office doing "YES Sir", "No Sir" and hoping that i can have a financial stability to avoid doing job anymore.

Seriously looking for suggestion to gain financial freedom and don't have to do a job anymore.

Yes, I also have a lot of friends who threw the bounty and got hired, but I think the bounty is better not to throw yet there is a chance that the ico market can recover and you can make good money on it

I think is too risky if only do the bounties for your main income, you never know which is the real project and which one is the scam project, even if you participle in the real project, you need to wait a long time received your reward, and it worthless and waste your time.

You don’t think that bounty earning is your main job or earning, you must have your permanent job for your living.
Bounty earning is a passive income or a part time earning, but you can’t depend on it.

Depending on your work, I won't advise that for anyone , basically it's not wise we depend on one particular job,there are still some good bounties which pay are simply impressive,  but I will advise it's good you keep a job and bounties. They are still some pontiental projects.

Right. And i think there are those that learned that the hard way. If you're supporting a family or have bills that needs to be consistently paid, it's a bad idea to rely on bounties and campaigns. You can't compromise a stable paying job for something that doesn't have much guarantee.

Anything you do is actually a "job". So do you just want to do nothing? financial freedom only comes to those who selflessly do their favourite work. No one who has an aim to only gain financial freedom and make money has ever reached it. Money can't be the aim itself but an instrument for your development, learning, reaching new highs and so on.

Honestly speaking, when I started here as bounty hunter I was unemployed person. Then, by that time I focused myself in bounty hunting for two years way back 2016 and when 2017 came up to me for each campaign which I joined it before, I earned more than I expected for. Were  I made my savings and invested many things. Now even the market was in bear season, and terrible in majority of the ico project campaign, I still have hope and faith that bounty could help me out more in my situation. So, comparing before it is really not advisable for now to rely on bounty campaign if you are a newbies or novice only.

you dont need to try bounties and experience being failed after you decide to apply for a job because that is a risky move . what will you eat if you dont have a job ?  what if you already have your own family ? what would they ate if you are only really on risky activities such as doing bounties  ?   other dude are lucky because they joined earlier when bounties are still profitable but now , bounties are now different as most of them are just plain fake  .

 bounty should not be prioritize , because they cant guaranteed us a sure profit  and even if you got lucky to join a legit one  , they may still take alot of time before you recieved your rewards  .

With the introduction of the merit system, Many members turn in to account farming to join different bounty campaigns since the merit system makes them impossible to level up their account.

In this scenario Bounty campaigns specially in the ALT Section has been crowded by farm accounts and this affects the quality of each bounty campaigns and results to higher bot participants and lower payouts to individual account.

It all comes down to the bounty manager on how he will handle the campaign and eliminate all farm accounts that will result to higher payouts % to Legit Bounty Workers.

The thing with bounties is they just dont have that much assurance and they can literally break and decide to end project which you dont get paid sometimes the payment is really very low so treat bounties as they are not jobs If you will get the same pay from your job as bounties many will personally leave the office

With this market situation, its impossible make big money as projects fail and even tokens hunters must get with nothing or they don't rec them at all so if you can live with this situation you can  continue and wait for good days if not then yes you must find other job and work hard and maybe you can buy crypto with that money.

It is normal for those who come to this market by FOMO and lack of knowledge preparation, along with the illusion of being able to earn a lot of money. I think it all takes time, and it is better to have a stable job outside.

In such a uncertain situation of cryptocurrencies or rather I specifically mention of bounties, it's not possible or feasible to earn enough for bread and butter through income only from bounty tasks.
For example you earn lot of or thousands of coins from one project due to bounty, but what will be the price  after few months after when you try to sell?
Also now a days, bounty is earning in pennies.
Looking at these points, it always better to have some fixed income system like job!
However while working , one should continue or you should continue doing bounty tasks. This will feel you relax and also with free mind(only time will west if nothing to loose in worst scenario), you can do better.
