Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

I mine only BCN, I am true BCN fan! Cheesy I am sure Bytecoin in 1-3 years will become as popular as Bitcoin nowadays.

Dont you want to merge? Just in case, you know?

No, I think it's better to mine one coin. I was thinking about MM but, finally, I decided to mine only BCN.

My advice, don't use the word ''never'' as no one know what will happen in future.
Bitcoin at the beginning cost nothing and there were a few people who believe that the situation will change.
In a couple of years BTC price has soared almost to the moon.

Bytecoin (BCN) - true anonymity, privacy protection and only CPU-mining

Where are the people of this famous community? The community is only about 158 people?  Wink There are 1585 votes now.

Come on .... Let's vote .... https://hitbtc.com/vote

....and do not forget to sign in because once you sign in to your Hitbtc account, your votes will be multiplied by 10.

COME ON, GUYS, VOTE FOR BCN!!!

VOTE!!! Sooner the better!!!

I did vote!  Wink

Yes. I'm also interested how smart people estimate the situation.

To my mind today and in the nearest future it is reasonable to mine coins that are
1. Easy to mine
2. Have promising future

Right now I mine BCN and Quazar (33 % and 67 % of my computing power).
I had to sell all my ASICs for BTC, so I don’t mine them anymore obviously.

And I invest some BTC to new coins, I will not advertise them.

It is also clear that most of them will die, but if at least one succeeds, I gain huge profit.

The purpose of investment is good balance between mining and buying.

Agree! Bitcoin has a promising future and the only liquid coin but it is too difficult to mine, better to buy it on exchange.
BCN, meanwhile, is easy to mine and the protocol is much more complicated so it's more anonymous than BTC.

In the past I have invest a lot of money to buy miners for Bitcoins, I've lost more than I won on BTC! Now I see that it' was better to listen to other user advices that it's too late to get in BTC and mine it.

I also mine BCN and QCN as I believe these coins are long living coins

Me too. I also mine BCN and QCN.... and FCN

I am fond of mining coins.  Cheesy

Hi,

If your withdrawal is stuck on PENDING, that means it hasn't been sent out. This is a problem on our end. I apologize for the recent trouble, I have been in contact with the dev about some issues we're having, and in the meantime I am devising workarounds. Deposits and withdrawals were just processed, but they may be a bit slow until this is completely sorted out.

Thank you! I was just able to withdraw 2 million of my coins! Smiley
Thanks again!

Nice to hear that you were able to withdraw such a big amount successfully  Smiley

That's what I was talking about. No one expected Bitcoin to go to $600 and higher.
As you remember there was a time when one guy ordered pizza for 10 000 bitcoin. A year ago the price of BTC go up and so pizza costed him thousands dollars.

I am sure that people will soon learn that BCN is a coin is good because of its devs, network, ecosystem.

At this stage many coins are popping up and getting speculative attention but no one is able to compete with Bitcoin, a father of all crypto currency. In this situation I think that Bytecoin with new protocol has odds to become something like Litecoin

I like BCN as I ham annoyed by GPU mineable coins, as it clearly gives an advantage to riggers vs ordinary people.

So...GO, BCN, GO!!! I wish the price will go up and will increase  volume
