this bat file help get all chain from first block

coin have problem with download blockchain.

for example now run command getpeerinfo i can see one peer without full blockchain

Loading blockchain stops after loading about 500 blocks, and continues until the client is restarted

also i get full stop to downlload blockchain about 14000 block if i try download from begin

well, here is the current solution: stop and restart again and again.
