Well solid team is also important factor however there are so many things that are required for the project to be able to succeed and that includes funds, community, good progression and many more just as you said, however I think the most important thing is how a project could attract people to be their cuatomers since as Ive seen most of the project failed to do that and become dead project at the end.

Before I stated my response, I would like to convey that this post is useful for me. I think ICO is indeed doing what you say is preying on the vulnerable. However, on the other hand, there are still many ICOs who believe in it, even though there are now rivals.

Every detials of the project is very important maybe because reading all the information you can see wrong to the one ICO project or you will find the good purposes .
