I'd like to say "until Og gets audited and is finally forced* to pay his taxes" but something tells me it won't end there.

*The IRS will probably offer him one of those "obey the law and we won't send you to jail" deals, but even that's bound to be spun as "non-consensual use of force".

Well, when we see that Donald duck Trump, who had a building with his name on it (so easy to find), has been able to doge taxes and no publishing them for decades.
Now he is even easier to find, (just go to large white house) he still refuse to prove that he isn't a tax fraud, even thou he was elected as Captain America by less than the relative majority of the american voters, but with more than the majority of the 538 happy few that are supposed to be the representative.

With that being said, I would be pretty confident none of you will see OG tax paper before seeing the one of POTUS.

I am not very knowledgeable on the US tax matter, so excuse me to ask the question.

Do you have to set up a entity (business) to conduct trading/ business in the Us state where he resides ?
If it is on a small scale, can't you just use your own SSN and bank account instead of setting up a business account and IRS number.
How do you know that the business structure he has set up (Ltd maybe ?) isn't linked to his real name / address / SSN. Maybe it is the case in his State and not yours ? (again, asking question, i just don't know the answer).

I personally understand why he wouldn't want to revel his details to the forum.
Who knows what people could find and then show up at his house.
Maybe he didn't do a good job hiding his details/Id when he set up his business (I know I didn't, I would do thing differently now, using trusts and 3rd party directors).

I get what you're saying.  It's fair. Earlier this year I remember both yourself and OG not having any negative feedback by DT members and it seems there's been a lot of cross linking with DT members leaving each other negative trust with a lot of character attacks. Depending whether the allegations are true or not, I guess it's fair but I'd probably need to actually read up on the situation myself quite frankly. From what I'm gather in this thread it's a long convoluted story that I'm not sure I'll fully understand lmao
