I've watch predictions in youtube and I see more of them favored on Manny, it doesn't matter to me as I have my own prediction.
They called themselves expert but they could also be wrong, for me, this is a fight that Manny has to win if he wants to continue his boxing career and more fights will line up for him.

Yeah, there are some youtube who still favoured Manny to win this fight eventhough the odd makers see it differently. Those that I have seen is professional boxers, so they know a thing or two. But maybe they just choose Manny because he is a legend though. Hard to go against Manny specially those boxers grew up watching Manny's careers.

This is true, there in the recent defeats of Manny, there's no boxer I have seen that completely dominate Manny.
His last 2 losses against Mayweather and Jeff Horn are both controversial, especially the last one where fans feels that Manny got robbed.
So there is no reason why we should bet against him, he is a legend and he still can fight, going against him is not a wise idea as he is still capable of knocking down opponents.

It good to be optimistic about the fighter you love or happen to be his fan and I want you to know that I also love Manny but not his fan and I will never ignore the truth about things like this.

^ That is the question, he almost lost that fight with Lopez and Thurman was really off that night, he even admit it. So I also don't know the reason why odd makers picks Thurman as the favourite to win this fight against Pacman. I'm not surprised by those who picks Thurman to win though,

Just forget about him, I don't really think he knows what he is saying. With the management of Buboy, people praised the guy and impressed on how he managed to replace the long time position of Roach.

He's not aware the hardships that the two childhood friends went through. The bond's important and as long as there's no problem for Manny, it should be fine.

@theb, That is pretty fine. During that very good old days of Pacman's career he was always been the underdog. Being an underdog can make Pacman more dangerous as he will always try to prove something.

A very good point, that is when Pacman were able to know his real allies. Tho I completely understand Freddy's reason after that fight when manny decided not to fight in vegas but still they should have to respect his decision.

@mirakal it should be noted that both sides whether they  have losses on Pacquiao or Thurman they still have picked Manny Pacquiao to win the fight so you cannot really say that they are bias with their comments about the fight. Plus everyone who picked Pacman said one thing in common and that's “he still got that speed” which I don't think Thurman would like to seen in the ring. One thing they also forgot to include is that Pacman has unbelievable stamina at age 41 he still can last 12 rounds in the ring without showing signs of fatigue.

I'm surprised Broner went for Thurman. I guess he is still salty with his clear loss to Manny. Bookies have their own "insider info" as compared to these professional boxers. I don't know what kind of info they got but they don't always get it right.

I wonder who's the pick of Floyd Mayweather here. Knowing him as a promoter and gambler as well, he knows the odds on this fight and will bet on a sure win. But the list above already give's us a glimpse of what other thinks on who will win and I guess they based that on how Manny fights since most of them has been in the ring with the boxing icon.

Based on the odds provided it is obvious that Thurman indeed has the odds. However that cannot be concluded that he was the crowd favorite. It's just that Filipinos mostly don't bet that much every pacmans fight but yeah we are one nation here supporting him.

Maybe because thurman is the younger one but I am not definitely impressed with his last matches. We'll just keep it that way that pacman is indeed the underdog which makes the match quite exciting
