You are making things complicated here, not me. I had posted out of my own experience. I have seen fist-fights between close friends, because there was an argument over an informal bet. It is not about whether you trust someone or not. Why you want to do this informally, when it can be done through legal channels? I know that any chance of some argument arising is quite small.
