Since bitcoin has set the pace,  other Altcoins will also follow suit. However the rise in price might not be rapid as expected but surely the market has gradually left the bearish position and moving towards stability.

Eth has been moving quite well, was able to do above $200, and it's a bit stable. Eth will definitely moon more. The prediction for me is $300

At present, ETH prices are quite stable at $ 240 with a not so large percentage increase or decrease. With prices in the market today, we cannot yet ascertain whether the altcoin is almost a bull run or not. But, ETH ever reached $500. So, maybe we need more time to reach that number.

True, but I still find surprising that the growth of ethereum is so low, I have been expecting the price of ethereum to go up for a long time and while the current growth is welcome it is not anywhere what I have been expecting, at the moment it has a value of 0.0318 BTC for each ethereum and when you compare it to the all time high of 0.1474 BTC it is only 21% of what it was, bitcoin in the other hand has a value of 7710 which is 39% of its all time high.

Despite the present improvement in the growth of ETH, it still has the tendency to be corrected. The expected uptrend has not started, because there is no particular "big" news to show for that.

Check from the time you posted this till now and you will see that there was a little bull run. From the photo you have posted the price of ETH was still around $209, but check the price today it has gotten to $243 as of now I'm writing this. On 20th (Monday) I was monitoring the price as it smashed lower resistances and hit $274 - $278 level. It bounced back to $235 and still got back to $260 within few hours. There have also been news everywhere that apart from BTC, ETH is another coin that will also see the bull run. So you're right about a Bull run. Prices are just going slow and steady.

We have seen ETH at $1400 in the last of 2017 and the first month of 2018. ETH bull run is essential now because we are holding ETH from the peak time to this $250 today.  I will not surprise if ETH hit $1000 in the last of 2019 or 2020 again. I want to see 10 ETH equals to 1 BTC again. Will this possible? I think it can be possible if altcoins move towards after BTC stable.

Other cryptocurrencies mostly go up with bitcoin. At the moment, the price is increased by going bitcoin up.
After stabilizing the bitcoin price, Ethereum will go up dramatically upwards. He will have his own bull run.

Most of the altcoin got pump well. But I won't say that was the bull run. Though I did not think ETH can hit 250 USD in May, my expectation was for June. But crypto is not predictable! Now, by seeing the Ethereum price, I think 300 USD is just a matter of time and it will happen very soon. The crypto market condition seems much better now and good things are happening! So, we may see a better pump in recent time but I am not sure about bull run!

Bitcoin is not growing much now and I think it will affect the ETH that it will stop growing for a while. ETH has recently grown quite well, and I don't think we should expect a strong growth now.
