So the 1.5ths minder is that a new A1 chip because it's using lead power where the 1ths using 1ooo watt

The same chips it just uses more of them and they are underclocked

I'm looking forward to the A1 Dragon 1.5T.  I think it has some good possibility's with the amount of chips and what I think power usage will be.  

My old A1 Dragon 1T is still alive and hashing a little over 1T.  Have been very happy with it on how long it's lasted without issues.

muzzy, if you lower the frequency of the 1T miner to 800,  then you will get 800G hashrate on pool side and the power consumption will be only 650 watt, you actually got the miner of 1.5T

One of my miner was upgraded by lee. 1000 is the default. There is now an option for 1050. Never tried to change it though.

The original was 5 blade it is possible to be overclocked more the the later generations of 1T's.   Most are not suggested to overclock.   The 4 blade 1T (which is most of the 1T dragons) is suggested not to overclock much on frequency.  You can under clock them both though and try to save electricity.  The 1.5 is a new ball game we will see what all can be done most likely soon.

Old versions were able to do it from SSH.  Not sure what version that is, looks new.  Over clocking does void warranty though.

Dont use 1050. Hardware-Errors will sky high and like notlist3d said, you risk fatal damage at your Dragon. The T1 are already overclocked by the factory from 800 to 1000.
