I was wondering about this earlier.  when I bought, the hosting was 225 usd per miner per month.  Now its quoted as 185.  Does this mean I will only pay the 185/ how many weeks that is in place?

I bought in previous round and my miners were up and running within 16 hrs.  Considering that was a sunday, and the time difference I was very pleased.

Support in my experience are very quick to fix issues, again taking into account the time difference (i'm in UK).

I just pm or email pcfli with what is wrong and he gets an engineer to look at and deal with.

I believe they have someone in the data centres 24/7, so engineers on a rota perhaps?

all the dragon that have been paid is online now, and because the temperature is a little high in this simple dc, so i have to move out some miners to make sure the temperature is fine in this data center, and thus no hosted miner is currently available right now
the next batch will be available two weeks later

the hosted dragon 1T miner was sold out currently, the delivery miner is available and i can ship it out within 48 hours after payment

the power supply is cut currently in simple new data center, all miner is offline now, sorry on this issue, that is why i need set the promised offline time as 48 hours in this new data center, where we donot have back up generator and the power supply is not as stable as professinal data center
but based on previous experience, this thing is rare, probably happened one or two times per month and last 2-4 hours

In the Lee Group SilverFish-28 Guide the second post now has some helpful troubleshooting if you are not getting consistent hashing that has helped some.  Currently testing one other method, but it is early in testing but has promise.
