it seems to me that if Bitcoin dies, then altcoins will increase very much in price and will be very popular in investments.  because I think that in general, Bitcoin is not going anywhere.

Bitcoin has high influence toward other altcoins. Im afraid if bitcoin die, the other altcoins will die too.
But this is nearly impossible from happening. Bitcoin price is very high, i cannot imagine if it hit 0 in the future.
The thing that can makes btc die is when the asic manufacturer secretly mining and dump it later.

In my opinion, if bitcoin dies, 9/10 of the market will collapse. And it will take a long time for another coin to replace it. At that time, the market will grow stronger.

A coin dies when people stopped having interest in that coin and start investing in some other coin, giving that other coin popularity, and making that coin prominent and dominating. So if BTC is to die, it will be replaced by the other coins towards which the investors are learning more too.
But again, it is least likely to happen because BTC is the king in crypto; it is where it all started. Also, I have invested a lot in BTC so let’s not hope it dies

You're right!
BTC can not just go and cease to exist. There must be some prerequisites: a general ban (I doubt that this will affect somehow significantly), critical bugs in the wallet and the technology itself, the emergence of a new revolutionary coin/protocol. Just such a coin and will become the heir of the BTC.

First of all, its a long shot prediction because bitcoin will not die anytime soon or ever. Hypothetically, if it does, other crypto will still survive. They are not solely depends on bitcoin because they have their own value and function. Also, sooner or later, there will be another crypto that will take bitcoin's place as the best crypto ever.

In the first place i will not agree with that question because i do not believe Bitcoin can ever die though nothing in life is impossible . Bitcoiin has gained global trust more than any alts . If Bitcoin should die this really will be as a result of people losing trust in the technology and other cryptocurrency will take replacement.

Even exchange bitcoin with paper wallet still can be done with trust from both user who exchange it. This is why bitcoin itself wouldn't die even there are no internet at all. Maybe have less value can be happen.
