Can you tell us did you pay back loaned amount in full?
Maybe some of the members who gave support for flag against you still don't know if dispute has been fixed by both sides.
Contacting those members and explaining updated situation could also be a good idea.

Hi and thank you for your post, despite how much I can use the attention and discussion, this is not the right thread.

I would love to support it, but this flag is invalid. The reference you are using is pointing to a thread where Holydarkness is being accused by someone. I think it's better you create a fresh topic in the reputation board or scam accusations pointing out why anyone dealing with Horsbyname is at high risk of losing money, and then you use its link as reference when creating a new flag.

I've Supported the Flag, and tagged them. It is however better to create a proper scam accustion thread against them. That will lead to more Flag Support and makes it easier to find the problem. I now had to read 34 posts. Update: I don't know exactly how I ended up reading the topic created by the accused (it must have been from his post history). The Flag is correct the way it is.

They're obviously selective scamming, but I really don't get why people would send 30000 USDC to an unknown "exchange"!

Reason: I had my account on casino Betbolt self-excluded for gambling addiction. I requested this late May. This took them three weeks and was done in June. In July I asked support to reopen the account, which was not possible due to the self-exclusion. However, if I made a new account, I'd be "good to go". This was a clear failure of responsible gambling policy, which they claim they value. Deposited $3684, and on July 29th I asked the casino for a refund through email, which was granted, through an email from the casino. I have yet to receive the refund. In the meantime, I've exchanged some messages with some Betbolt staff members, but all I hear now is there's an internal investigation no one can say anything about, when their community manager isn't too busy mocking me. Was not aware of the fact I could raise a flag against them until holydarkness mentioned it, for which I am grateful.

Reason: Winna has unfairly blocked my withdrawal access and proceeded to confiscate winnings of over thousands of dollars and they're unable to provide proof of the so-called 'value betting' which I never did. Bennett reached out to me via email and tried to have me agree into taking the balance that was left over after it was confiscated which was only $1,813.71. To be clear my pending withdrawals totaled up to 4501.32$ which can be seen in my full post. After 21 days I've had enough of being told I'm lying about my winnings and condescending comments made by Bennett of Winna.
