Never.. They sell out in fraction of seconds all the time.. For me the only way is buy after mint in secondary market.

Yes I am waiting too an order (big one ) first one received.
A friend of mine has sent an email but the answer as been something like "we are working on it and shipping due covid19 are delayed to FEB 2022" ... February is close to the end so maybe it's arrived the right time for shipping...

I have not completely lost hope of receiving my order ... slow as they have been, I don't think they are also scammers who in the end send us an envelope with a nice brick ... or just losing time sending the same reply...

I wonder how it is possible to cancel through credit card. In EU you can fill a claim to your bank
only if it is an unauthorized charge, that is only if someone else used your credit card to make a purchase.
In other words the European banks don't cover commercial dispute...
Is it different in the USA? Just curious...

     If I file a claim no stamps were received and prove thru emails I attempted to resolve this then yes I will get a full refund after they investigate.

you also can cancel the order directly with UAE philately, but as said, even when getting a cancel/refund confirmation mail, it takes several weeks until you get your money back.

   That is good to know....My desire to own the gold stamp is greater than my desire to cancel so far....Lets hope it stays that way

Just received an email my order from December 7th as completed and on its way....but no tracking info added  

It took em long enough...lets see if they send another email with a tracking number.

    They had responded to my emails from 2 weeks ago though and said

for my first order, the time between email confirming my cancellation/refund and receiving the refund actually took 5 weeks

"nice" to see that orders beginning with 9*** are being processed and shipped earlier than my second order 7***.

same situation here. mine order is 8**** but has not been already processed (Golden Jubilee stamp)
another order starting with 8**** has been sent and received. (other 3 stamps Projects of the 50 / Year of the 50th / Spirit of the Union)

your pending orders are those relating to "Golden Jubillee" ?
or has anyone among you already had the pleasure of receiving this product? or received a confirmation that has been at least shipped?
