If you ask me, there are a few valuable altcoins I've been looking for in the long term.

These are: BNB, EOS and USDT, the last one was a joke

well it depends on your medium to long term view of the market.  Do you believe ETH, XRP or LTC are going to just disappear or that the cryptocurrency market will disappear?  If not then this is a very sensible investment because whatever happens to any one individual cryptocurrency, token holders will always hold the top 15 cryptocurrencies upon rebalance (30 days).

In my opinion there will be a lot of great volatility occurring in these coins because we are still at a very bad stage. In fact, the altcoin's uptrend is not much changed this year and you will easily lose money without a good investment strategy. Out of the 3 coins you list, only ETH is worth the investment because there will be a lot of news related to this coin soon.

Everyone will have different opinions when talking about this issue but before investing you should consider carefully because the bear market will make your investment face a lot of difficulties.

I always prefer those coins which have strong community and listed on good exchanges and have ranked in the top 100 in coinmarketcap. In new coins, there are a lot of coins that are promising and establishing a great platform like CRPT, Paycent, etc.

not all top 50 coinmarketcaps are good for your investment, looking at PundiX now I am really surprised when PundiX is in the top 50 and now they are down!
So don't look at it, look at the team and their progress for sure

- What is the purpose of the altcoin? Is it developed for real time use?
- Read the project roadmap and its deliverables
- Check whether the coin has a community
- Look at the trading patters of the coins to know how it performs over the period
- See whether the coin is decentralized

Strong community is indeed very rare, especially because most projects can't even get more than 5 people to engage in their channels with 10k people or more. So when I find a project with this, it makes me interested to at least find out why these guys are interested.

It is our duty to check before investing in altcoin because without researching it is impossible for us to find the potential hot coin. It is also not good to depend on other prediction coin and it will not help us to invest because we have to research ourselves in order to find out what are the pros and corns.

But sometimes you need to check hyped coins and tokens, if many people talk about it maybe there's something behind, you will not now if you don't check it. Nobody says that you should invest in every good story you hear about some coin, but you should do a research when you see something positive about some coin, if you see something positive about some coin on more then one place that's a good signal for you to pay attention on that too.
Hype around some coins is well deserved I think, so don't reject the project just because the hype around, make a difference between positive and negative shit, and make a decision after you done your research.

Talking about potential altcoins, there are some coins that do have prospects in the future. But in choosing it is not based on the analysis of others, must be done by yourself. Starting from the coin's track record, movements, volume, news, and price of the coin.It all must be analyzed in depth, viewed trading view, and do not forget to do research. From my analysis for this year, there are 3 hot altcoins, namely BNB, ETH and LINK. Find hot altcoins each of you.

New coins will always appear with their respective advantages, and I think the existence of new coins is also an opportunity to be able to get profits. If we can observe and analyze the new coin and make an estimate of the likelihood that will happen later, I think we can benefit from it and this new coin can generate greater profits because the price is still low and if we estimate this coin will keep going up, I think we can get a pretty big profit.

for now the altcoin that I hold is MB8coin, from the bounty and bought a little. in my opinion this is good even though the market volume is sometimes unstable, but I have earned 30% of the total I invested. other than that I like to buy IEO coins on the binance exchange, my cycle is to buy and sell at 3 times the price, then forget it.

Most altcoins have dual outcomes that they render to their users. Altcoin has the ability to make you huge profit. It also has the ability to render you bankrupt. Most of the altcoins are just shit coins, which do not have any intended solution to any real life problem, rather they are here to just siphon funds.

A lot of top altcoins can generate income on an ongoing basis, if we talk about top altcoins that are outside the top 20, I would advise investing in such top altcoins as tezos, vechain and waves, but as for new altcoins, it’s better not to invest in them, there are too many risks and there are too many problems with the new altcoins.

 Presently the main coin I hold is Bitcoin, this is because I am very sure that no matter the fall in price, it will surely rise up. For Altcoin I think holding ethereum might not be a bad idea, and xrp also. Or you could do some research on the first 20 or 30 altcoins on coinmarketcap that should help a long way.
