Never mind I figured it out, the cash game points GTD was over and it was cash game points + mbtc prize reward.

I hope there are more cash game points GTD for the next days and a little bit pointer is that for the next cash game points I would suggest to make up a higher points fee for the rebuy option , as there were 17 players played for the freerolls with 35 rebuy due to the points fee of 1 points ( which Is irritating, although I did 4 times 2x rebuy for fun )

i think the small amount of rebuy/addon is a good thing. it is to encourage player to use up their cash game points.

also, i would like to see a daily freerolls for accumulated cash game points.
ex.

accumulate 20cash game points and qualify for say 100-150mbtc freeroll. the higher the cash game points requirements the higher the prizepool for freeroll.

i strongly believe these kinds of freeroll will make the players stay on the site and play cash game everyday.

and ohh... one more thing...

Wow, your support system is horrendous. Might as well be talking to a brick wall! You dont seem to acknowledge my queries so I have found my way here.

Please can you issue my 100% deposit bonus of 300mBTC?

I'm shocked that I have had to go to such lengths when these things should just be automatic.

Also your in-play bets are nearly always suspended for the duration of the game...not impressed!

After some emails with Support, you finnaly told me my bonus was already cleared.  But not added to my account.  Its pretty lame I would say - it's been days and many emails to get this answers, so I continued betting on game to clear the bonus for nothing.  If it's a mistake, correct it asap - its been many ''mistakes'' since I first tried BetVip.  If it's an angle shot to keep me betting (or hoping I'll forget the bonus), it's much worst.  Both way, if you want to succeed, you have to be better then that.

As I've explained to her, I get logged out every few times I try to change the month of the Bet History.
Then I have to do a Cloudflare captcha, and log back in.

For that matter, I'm logged out every few minutes or every time I try to go to a different page.
Cloudflare, double captcha's which are unreadable, log back in, try to make bet, logged back out.
Garbage site, garbage software, garbage cs.

This book does not and never has had functioning software.
