What is going on with Babar Azam? He made a total of 35 runs in this test match. And before this, he last played against Bangladesh, where he made 64 runs from 4 innings. And he was expected to make a comeback. The pitch at Multan was hardly offering any assistance to the bowlers. And yet, Chris Woakes got him out cheaply in the first innings and Gus Atkinson nabbed him in the second. His poor form has put a lot of pressure on the other batsmen such as Mohammad Rizwan and Shan Masood.
It's really disappointed moments for Pakistani cricket team fan because they expect some good results for them but they continuously disappointing them from recent matches and going against thier expectations. I am still in shock how can they be so creepy at the same time they scored huge on same track at first inning while england does extra ordinary too but at third innings Pakistan followed his typical collapse and now they were unable to even hold his wicket to divert results from defeat to draw because if they bat long as much as possible and just filled the lead then it will be called announced draw but they lose important six wicket and now I am sure they will even able to survive till end of day 5 which indicates thier clear cut defeat which isn't acceptable.
Look where Pakistan scored 556 runs in the first innings despite being all out for a huge score and we all assumed this match would be a 100% draw but how the match went out of Pakistan's reach was beyond comprehension. After England declared for 823 runs, if Pakistan could have fought in a good defensive mood, there might have been a chance of a draw but Pakistan lost 6 wickets for just 152 runs in their second innings, meaning the next four batsmen could not take this match to a draw, i.e. three sessions on a fifth day Pakistan's next batsmen will not be able to overcome. As a supporter of Pakistan, I cannot accept that England will win this match even after scoring such a big score.
