South Africa A vs SriLanka A Unofficial Test Match

So today South Africa A and SriLanka A teams will play the second unofficial test match. Both teams are competitive and playing well. Like we can see in the first test match how SriLanka A team performed. So they can continue their winning streak. But they should not underestimate the South African A team because they are also good and they will give a tough time. Not compulsory that if they won the first match so they will win again in the second match. Well I am looking Thi s match very interesting. So let's see.

And in this match too I mostly hope that Sri Lanka A will be beaten.  If South really want to win this match then they should put effort and pressure to defeat Sri Lanka and win the match.  Sri Lanka's performance was good, but I laugh at South Africa's performance that they were so weak and that too in the Test match, they should have given more targets and the match would have reached the end.  I don't know if she is good in this match or not but her performance is known in the first match.  The match will be interesting because if South Africa make a comeback, it will be difficult for Sri Lanka and if it comes to their performance, they can destroy Sri Lanka.

I am afraid, you are praising the Indian test team for all wrong reasons. The right reason would be that, at home, India has lost only 3 test matches in the last decade and zero test series.

India did win the T-20 WC but it's not their strong format, ODIs and Tests are. Winning T-20 WC isn't connected to any test series as it's a different ball game and Pandaya played his last test in 2018 so not sure why his name is coming up here.

Bangladesh winning a Test series with Pakistan and Bangladesh having a Test series with India are not the same thing. India's batting and bowling line is strong enough so I don't think Bangladesh's performance is suitable at all. Bangladesh have played well enough against Pakistan but it remains to be seen how well they will play against India. But it is enough if the match is competitive because cricket fans prefer to watch competitive matches and cricket fans are not at all interested in watching uneven matches. We definitely want to see a competitive match between Bangladesh and India.

Brand made brilliant century but still not dismissal and continuing play his lineup and I think they will make another century if other batsman will not lose their wickets. I have strong belief it's never been right to compare Indian and Pakistani cricket even Bangladesh won series in Pakistan which was historic achievement for them but nothing new in the history of cricket because we all know how unpredictable is Pakistani team and their system is also having problems for years so they are suffering and have never won any series at home in years with India is team which having the best record at home, and they never lost any series in decades.

If you check the stats between Bangladesh and India, Bangladesh mostly lost the matches against India, but the difference was very tight. I am not talking about Test matches but about ODIs and T20Is. As a neighbor, Bangladesh knows the condition of most Indian grounds, and they are familiar with such conditions.

Also, I noticed Bangladesh has been playing well against India, but they lost the match due to a lack of experience and team effort. So, yes, we expect to see some competitive matches, at least one if not all. But when it comes to T20Is, I hope they will try to win a game.

Back in the day, everyone asked the same question, How would the Indian team survive without the likes of FAB-5 Sachin, Sehwag, Dravid, Ganguly and Laxman.

Players come and go, and no one can control that, but if the system is strong and doing its job, the new talented players will come up automatically and do well. So far, it's working for the Indian team and the uptrend trajectory should continue for at least the next 5-6 years. Yes, sometimes they will lose but it's part of the game.

Having said that, if I have to entertain this idea then I'd focus on finding a replacement for Ashwin and Jadeja, the former in particular. Ashwin singlehandedly won us countless series at home with the ball and sometimes bat.

Bangladesh will play two test matches against Indian team that is in Indian soil and there I believe Bangladeshi bowlers will perform very well but I have doubts about batsmen batting well. Bangladesh's batting weakness has always been seen against the big teams, if its consistency is maintained against India, but the bowlers will not be able to win the match by bowling well alone. The batsmen have to take as much responsibility as the bowlers. Batsmen will score runs and bowlers will bowl well to prevent the opposition batsmen from scoring runs, but in big matches there is a chance of winning. Let's see if Bangladesh can do the same against India. Bangladesh has some experienced cricketers and this series depends a lot on them.

Having said that, if I have to entertain this idea then I'd focus on finding a replacement for Ashwin and Jadeja, the former in particular. Ashwin singlehandedly won us countless series at home with the ball and sometimes bat.

I doubt we will have a perfect replacement, especially for Ashwin because I don't really remember anyone bowling off spin these days the close to someone will be Washington Sundar but he is untested and definitely need lot of experience to have the tricky mind of Aswin like player who often do unorthodox techniques in his bowling.

We have hand-to-hand replacement for Jadeja which is Axar, but I don't think Jaddu will be leaving the long format at least for the next 3 years.
