India dominated the first match but South Africa dominated today. India is going to lose today's match mainly due to poor performance of Indian batsmen. They lost the opener Gaikwad by just 4 runs. With the help of Sai Sudarsan's 62 and KL Rahul's 56, India set a target of 212 runs. Apart from these two batsmen, no other batsman in the squad can play big innings. A collection of 211 runs is not enough to win on this pitch.

South Africa's top order batsmen are playing very well. Hendricks was dismissed for 52 runs. Tony de Zorzi remains unbeaten with 102 runs. At the end of 37 overs, South Africa collected 187 runs with the loss of just one wicket. South Africa team has to collect only 25 runs in 13 overs.

The first victory for South Africa in the first match of five match series. Sai sadharsan done a great job and captain himself also but rest if the players doesn't play responsible cricket today. Rinku singh is consistent player but today he was not good with the bat. interesting to see Arshdeep batting, better than many top and middle order.. This is not the natural game of India. Indian batsmen have performed well in each of the previous matches. But the Indian batsmen's performance in today's match was very poor. Had the pitch been bowling friendly, the match would have been competitive even after a target of 212 runs. But the pitch was not bowling friendly. Even then Indian batsmen could not bat well today. Sai Sudarsan managed to collect the maximum 62 runs today. On the other hand, we have seen bad bowling from the Indian bowlers today. It was a fast pitch and all the Indian batsman struggled with the bat and the South African bowlers bowled brilliantly and then the pitch might have slowed down eventually, i did not see the entire match after India were struggling to score runs above 200 as it was a done deal to ask the Indian bowlers to defend a small total.

Bangladesh's systematic top order has proven to be a failure in today's match too. The batting pitch, while Liton Das, Nazmul Hasan Shanto, and Anamul Haque Bijay, these three batsmen failed. Where these three batsmen would take Bangladesh's run score to a big stage, these three batsmen were dismissed for just 14 runs in total.
