Yes Bangladesh Cricket Board got a best finisher batsman in lower order.Rishad Hossain's brilliant innings today is bound to blow the mind of all the cricket loving fans. If Bangladesh Cricket Board takes proper care of him then he can be a gem for Bangladesh cricket team in future. Rishad Hossain can play the long handle and even has a lot of strokes in his hands as he proved in the last two matches against Sri Lanka. But one thing is that there were some other players like him who came to Bangladesh earlier but they got lost in the lapse of time.

I don't know if anyone noticed that the Sri Lankans had a "time out" celebration after winning the T20 series at the prize distribution. Similarly, Bangladesh celebrated "a broken helmet" after winning the ODI series against Sri Lanka. That is called counter-reply.

How come it became a Day match, I thought they had their timing set for the series decider.

Looks like a bad scheduling to me. You got your wish of no dead rubber match but it's a working day and that too in the morning. Who will fill the stand and many people not even watch live on telly. This should've been fixed to the weekend, that's how you generate some sort of revenue.

It looks very odd to have an ODI in day light. 2nd ODI was played on 15 March and 3rd ODI should be on 17 March or Sunday but strangely they didn't schedule the match on Sunday.
Things looking not much good for Sri Lanka at the moment, they have lost 7 batsmen and score is 172 in 40 overs. Score predictor telling that Sri Lanka will give a target of 215 and that wont be difficult to chase. Both matches in this series are won by side batting second.   

After seeing the Bangladesh team struggle, I remembered the match that was cannot forget easily. In 2017, when the Pakistan and England match was playing, it was not a normal match. That was the match of the 2017 Champions Trophy that decided who would play the Semi-Final, and on that time the Pakistan team came into a very dangerous zone where they needed 100 plus runs and Sarfraz was finding a partner as today Tanzid Hasan finding but on that time, Amir came and what a partnership was made which allow Pakistan to play semi final but in the Semi final Pakistan and England again met where Aamir was not available to play due to injury and instead of him they selected Rumman Raees.

But in the third match, Bangladesh squad defeated Sri Lanka squad by 4 wickets and lost the delivery behind the game.In this match, Bangladesh squad showed very impressive and performance and they also improved some flaws in their innings due to which their squad members were able to defeat Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka squad is a good and strong squad in the cricket world but they also won the previous T20 competition.Against the Bangladesh team. In the third and final ODI match, Bangladesh recorded an impressive four-wicket victory over Sri Lanka with 10 overs in hand. Rishad Hossain's batting at the end was the most important contribution to pull off this impressive win. If Rishad Hossain had not played an important innings at the end, Bangladesh's chances of winning might have been more difficult. We have to admit that the Bangladeshi bowlers bowled very well. Otherwise, Bangladesh would not have won this match. Bangladeshi batsmen would have been under a lot of pressure if Sri Lanka had given a target of more than 260. And we have seen in the past that Bangladeshi batsmen cannot perform well under extra pressure. So Bangladeshi bowlers must be thanked for the win. Almost every bowler bowled well in this match.

According to every pundit or fan, It's a meme rivalry, not ugly or cringe but pure entertainment with lols and giggles.  Recently some journalists even did a story on it.

A fair amount of tension and seriousness between both teams (Bongs in particular) but everything looks funny to neutral fans even to some Lankan spectators.

Yes you are right  it is important for Bangladesh to improve their opening partnerships. Starting strong at beginning of a match is really important for rest of team. In the third match they replaced Litton Kumer Das and Soumya Sarkar with Tanzid Hasan and Anamul Haque which was good decision. Tanzid Hasan did really well by the way. But they need to keep working on building partnerships and making sure top order batsmen start well in future matches. Lower order players like Rishad Hossain can help out but they should not have to save team all time. Fixing opening partnership issue will help Bangladesh do better in future matches.

It was one of the serious match between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. After won the T20 series, Sri Lanka players trolled Bangladesh. And Bangladesh also response them by doing comedy with helmet during winning celebration that makes me laugh. But it could hard for Bangladesh to win without the contribution of Rishad Hossain, at the last moment .. Sri Lanka scored 235 runs and Bangladesh top order had played well. Tanzid Hasan scored 84 runs. But afterward, Bangladesh performance was getting down. I doubted, if rest of players can manage to score the remaining runs or not which was given to them as target.  But Rishad Hossain entry changed everything, gave others courage and Bangladesh won the match.

To be frank, I don't support this kind of celebration. It was funny there, but this kind of celebration will create more hate between the two teams. These are the reasons why people don't address cricket as the gentlemen game anymore. The senior player should have taken steps to stop these messy celebration, but Mushi did the opposite yesterday. Anyway, it could have been a bit difficult for Bangladesh to win the match without the unexpected powerful performance of Rishad Hossain.

Risaad Hasan of Bangladesh team has performed very well last time. Rishad Hossain was the single most aggressive batsman, he scored 48 runs off just 18 balls. He was determined enough to score a half century but due to lack of runs he could not achieve the half century by just two runs. If his partnership would have given enough chances, it would have been enough to score a half-century. Tanjid Hasan and Rishad Hossain have done the best performance on behalf of Bangladesh team batsmen.

In third and final game of the series, they have new pair which works much better even now their new blood are giving more improved performance which is good for them and future of this game in this country after losing T20I the fightback and have good win in ODI series which is surely going to increase their confident for the test series and things are looking positive even now Sri Lanka is also on decline for the years and their quality and performance are not consistent which is big dilemma and their domestic setup is also completely fail to bring positive change.

But in this region, we will have good future of this game as now we have six top teams which are playing with their 100% native players and this rivalry is going to be good, but we need more games for these countries which are having no experience specially in white-ball format.
