Actually I don't think is possible for Girona to win the La Liga this season although we no that they have been quite performing really well in this season by making a lot of winings and maintaining the first position on the league for sometime now before real Madrid push them down to the second position on the league.

Girona can not become the champions of this season yet because they cannot compare their players to the real madrid and Bacelona in terms of Squad Depth and experience in terms of players and reverance. Girona got a comeback win and Bilbao won by a landslide.

Two very exciting matches, especially for Girona who still wants to maintain their victory and at the same time be able to compete with Real Madrid at the top of the standings. I am sure that even though Barcelona is in a decline in form, they will try to win the match and I am quite sure they can overcome the resistance from Atletico Madrid.
