Once again Benzema became the actor of Real Madrid's victory, this is a big achievement for him, and for Real Madrid it is clear that they still depend on Benzema as their spearhead. Apart from this victory, I think they must immediately improve, because we never know what will happen to Benzema. It was not a very easy victory for Real Madrid maybe but the most important point was getting that in the end. Celta Vigo did their best to steal one point but they failed by a score like 1-2. Benzema is just continuing on his marvelous performance as always. He got two goals in this game and was definitely the player of the game. He scored 24 goals in 26 La Liga games so far and has got 11 assists too. This is just insane statistics for a striker aged 34. Real Madrid owe him so much this season.

We're at the bottom of our game, we just have to depend on a single player and when he's sick or injured we lose in a humiliating way. I hope that next season we will get more players to get out of this dependency, because otherwise we will risk being in the 3rd position next season.

It was not a very easy victory for Real Madrid maybe but the most important point was getting that in the end.

Real Madrid with their 69 points on the table currently are already winners of this season's cup especially with Benzema in top form. Atletico Madrid are currently winning against Alaves, got their goal in the first half having started brilliantly, but Deportivo Alaves who are far beneath on the table didn't let them have a jolly ride as they also had some good attack but the ATH defenders were able to stop them before they turned to gold.

In this second half, Atletico desperately need a second goal to secure their shaky lead up front because Alaves may just score, I just have to believe that ATH are playing really calm football so they don't also wear out before their UCL game against Manchester city else if this is their current form, Pep will have them for dinner that day.
