Why would they keep a player that they don't want? Although it was Frenkie de Jong that insisted to stay in Barcelona because the club really needed the funds from his sale. I agree with you that Barcelona are much better this season. I also think the result of the el clasico will really determine who will win LaLiga this season. But it's too early to talk about champions right now, because other teams like Villarreal who haven't lost yet at the start of this season will be a stumbling block for Real Madrid and Barcelona.
