I don't expect Barcelona players to be mentally weaker against Real Madrid in the El Clasico. Because it really feels like they are looking at the La Liga and Champions League differently these days. It can be simply understood by observing their performance in both tournaments. There is a significant difference about their defensive performance especially.

Real Madrid should be prepared for anything in this match as they must be remembering what happened here in the previous season. I don't fully believe in any side to win this match as it is very difficult to predict. Because it doesn't matter the match is played in Bernabeu or Camp Nou. I don't think it will affect the mentality of the Barcelona players after they messed up a bit in the UCL and for sure in this week's El Clasico both teams will perform well enough to get 3 points in the match that will be played at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. Barcelona has a pretty good performance in Laliga compared to the performance in the Champions League and I think these are two different competitions so it won't have a big impact on El Clasico later. Xavi will try hard to win the match against Real madrid in order to maintain their form in Laliga, Lewandowski is in good form with barcelona where he is one of the top goalscoring players for barcelona and is the temporary top scorer with 9 goals so far and big  maybe in the El Clasico match later he will be the man of the match.

I just seeing from statistics between bilbao against madrid. I will still prefer to pick atletico madrid over bilbao caused by atletico madrid was always dominating the match against bilbao. I will not consider this as a difficult match to pick. El classico is very difficult to pick caused by barcelona and real madrid were almost equal in term of performance and consistently unlike bilbao against atletico madrid that is absolutely dominated by atletico madrid from various aspects.

I felt that way, that's bout Barcelona feeling mentally down after a poor start in the Champions League, they fail to win two remaining games and they will loss them spot down to Europa League Football.
Also, they have good player's injured which would have improved them very well, France international Kounde would be back for the game but not so certainly for the Dane's ( Christensen ). Lewandowski himself said that his team thought too much up front and forgot that their back line was dying, if the Barca defense is still chaotic like when they faced inter then don't expect them to win in the el clasico match later. madrid is a very consistent team, they have almost no gaps/weaknesses and the chances of Barca winning in the el clasico later are very small. I will secure my funds (bet) for Madrid later.
