Real Madrid's defeat today will certainly benefit Barcelona and I don't think Barcelona will waste this opportunity to take an 8-point lead at the top of the table. And to be honest, our trip today to Son Moix was really disappointing because we failed to grab any points. Real Madrid was really unlucky today in my opinion. Why ? Well , let's make a quick resume for them  

1. Courtois had an injury just before the game ...

2. Nacho had an own goal ...and not just because it's an own goal but maybe if Courtois was on the pitch , that ball could have had a different impact.

3. Ascencio missing penalty at a very crucial time because if he would have score there , the game was at least 30 minutes to go from there.

With this defeat of Real Madrid , Barcelona are are kinda 90% champions of LaLiga this season.

Madrid I feel is too confident and thinks too much of the opponent's weakness, so Madrid only focuses on possession of the ball without thinking that the opponent has the tactics to score points.

Losing most of the core players really made this not so good for Madrid.
This is what happens if Ancelotti always doesn't bring in players in player transfers because they think they have enough but a hurricane of injuries occurs which makes them distraught to fill the post in this match.

Like what has always been said about the game of football, don't underrate any team until the final whistle. In the game between Mallorca and Real Madrid, it was a 50:50 game just and Madrid was more in control of the ball and they dominated in ball possession 26 against 74 but looking at the goal attempt, it an equal goal attempt so Madrid only played decent football but they failed to create good scoring chances and that led to them losing the game apart from the missed penalty from Marco Asensio. The only bad luck I saw in the game was the own goal that was scored by Nacho Fernandez in the 13th minute of the game and that goal came as a result of pressure and a lack of defensive control from the Madrid defenders.

It was really difficult to understand Ancelotti today. I have no meaningful explanation for his choices in the starting eleven. Courtois was benched for no reason first of all. Besides one of Kroos - Modric duo should have been in the starting eleven also. There are still more than two weeks to go for the Liverpool match in the Champions League. Why would you rotate the squad then? The La Liga title is one of their main goals in the end. They can't afford this kind of simple point losses later on.

Mallorca looks great at home even though against and that is an extraordinary provision in football rarely a visiting team can win a match by bringing home 3 full bangs, we can see here Mallorca can really beat Real Madrid even though it's only 1-0, goal what Nacho did from Malorca really became the single goal in that match, yes it seems that Reak Madrid was overly confident and forgot that they could be beaten by a team that is far below them in terms of performance and player history. I don't think Barcelona will let that happen to them with the points gap they have created so far. Especially now that Barcelona's game is more promising than what Real Madrid showed. It's hard to stop them this season. Last season it was Real Madrid who could walk very comfortably, but this season it looks like they will be very difficult to catch Barcelona if they are in the current situation.

In the second half Real Madrid had a chance to equalize, after Predrag Rajkovic fouled Vinicius Junior in the penalty box, but Predrag Rajkovic managed to block Marco Asensio's hard kick. Real Madrid dominated the game, but the finish was still quite bad, while Mallorca defended quite well in the second half, so that Real Madrid had difficulty scoring goals, this defeat was very detrimental to Los Blancos, who were chasing the difference in points from Barcelona.
