Any series ends sooner or later and it would be interesting to "catch" this moment. Let's assume that with a minimum odds of an underdog winning against Barcelona of 4, we have three attempts to guess this moment and be in profit by at least one bet (if the third bet wins). But now there are two obvious matches ahead where Barcelona can lose - against United and against Real, I doubt that the odds of United and Real to win in them will be much more than 2.

Losing points is still very likely to be felt by Barcelona even though they are currently in a very good trend. Talking about this is football, sometimes luck and bad luck will be experienced by a team with their good performance or with their bad performance. What Xavi Hernandez can do is motivate his players to stay focused on the game, be it when facing a strong team or a weak team.

If I remember correctly, Barcelona this season from the big games got the following results: 4 defeats in the Champions League (formally one draw, but equal to a defeat), a defeat against Real Madrid, a victory over Atlético and a victory over Real Madrid. With United they drew, but since this is a home game, it is a failure. It is reasonable to assume that since Barcelona has so many failures in big games, but is now so praised for its success in La Liga, that the odds on its opponents in games with United and Real Madrid will be very attractive. Barcelona just met the expectations and obtained a very comfortable victory against Cadiz in Camp Nou. Cadiz could have been the first team to score actually. But Marti's goal was disallowed due to offside as he was only one step ahead of the defense line. After that there was a pure domination by Barcelona side. The first goal was scored by Roberto maybe but I think Ferran Torres deserved the cheers the most. Because he got a couple of great moves before and he literally prepared the goal all by himself.

Lewandowski scored here maybe but he couldn't do it against Manchester United. The curse in the European tournaments is still on for him.

Barcelona vs Manchester United match is very hyped right now. The aggregate score is basically nothing (2-2). I believe it is going to be hard for Barcelona because they will be playing at Old Trafford. Playing in away conditions is never an easy thing for any club. Currently, the form of Barcelona is really good. So that is a plus point for them. But if Barcelona wants to win this match I honestly believe that Barcelona will have to play attacking football. Robert Lewandowski will also have to break the curse. Otherwise, Barcelona will find it really hard.

Getafe host Valencia at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez, both teams are in the relegation zone after disappointing in the first half of the season and they find themselves desperately looking to pick up points. Despite not winning a game since the turn of the year, Getafe have remained competitive in all of their matches through a tough run. Most recently, they picked up two points in respective 1-1 draws in Madrid derbies against Atletico Madrid and Rayo Vallecano but that did not help them escape the relegation zone.

The both teams are in a very poor run of form, eighteen and nineteen place, Valencia are  eighteen and have lost their last five games and Gatafe are nineteen in the League table and have lost three and drew two of their last five games. I don't expect anything special from this game. But is definitely not draw tonight, I think Valence will win tonight. Gatafe are home but I don't think they can stop Valencia from getting a win tonigh.

Barcelona are still unstoppable against weaker teams. Cadiz couldn't resist them too much just as everyone expected. Xavi's system is just working smoothly in the La Liga and it is obviously enough for the championship as well. However I won't be saying the same thing for the tournaments like the Champions League, Europa League etc..

In these tournaments they have got very bad results in general so far. They are really struggling to beat big teams in such tournaments now. Xavi still can't find out a solution for this.

RCD Espanyol Barcelona will be playing with RCD Mallorca at RCDE Stadium in an interesting rivalry in the LaLiga. The head to head record for RCD Espanyol Barcelona vs RCD Mallorca is worth to look, RCD Espanyol Barcelona have won 2 encounters with RCD Mallorca, while RCD Mallorca have won 2. There have been 1 draws between the two sides. Note the host team is currently in 13th position while the visiting team is in 8th position judging with this analysis both team has won each other equal so any side can win.

Even though the condition of the two teams is indeed Mallorca in terms of position being better but indeed in terms of actual performance they are currently balanced in my opinion so this could most likely be a draw regardless of the statistics and H2H at the moment.
But when you see the condition of the team like this, actually this could be really worth watching because there will definitely be something interesting.

There is a lovely match between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid in five days. It is in Santiago Bernabeu which makes things more difficult for Atletico Madrid side. To tell the truth I see Real Madrid having a huge chance to win this match. They did it in Metropolitano Stadium by 2-1 as you know. They should be able to play even more effective in a home match. Maybe some people will underline the fact that Atletico Madrid haven't been losing for many weeks in the league. However I still don't think this will be a big hindrance for Real Madrid to get what they want.

Real Madrid have a very challenging Champions League match against Liverpool first of course. If they get an advantageous result there then I guess they would be even more motivated to defeat Atletico Madrid here. They had better win this as well to maintain the gap with the leader at worst.

While Barcelona struggled against Cadiz until the last part of the first half, they gave a great advantage to Barcelona with consecutive goals. Ferran Torres created the first goal brilliantly. Let's see what kind of game Xavi will play in the second half, everything is relieved at once, I guess they can establish the control more easily in the second half with consecutive goals. I expect another second half goal from Lewandowski. I think Barcelona should not stop, they should continue until they get knocked out of the game.

Yeah, looking at the current game it's hard to believe that the match will end 2-0, I think the score will be at least 4-0 if the opponent does not score. Although scoring a goal to Barcelona in this match seems almost unreal, they have the ball most of the time, the current possession is 73 percent, it's amazing, Barcelona does not give a pass

The gap from Real Madrid is 9 points, which is quite a lot when you're more than halfway through and there are a little more than ten games left, because it's hard to believe that Barcelona will suddenly start losing with this kind of form. Atletico played very well in this match, they really had a condition where they really dominated the whole 90 minutes of the game. This is what they should have done from the start by having a sporadic attack scheme and of course this match was more exciting than them only focusing on defense.
Position 4 is comfortable for them but Sociedad's 2 points now can still be passed if their performance continues like this.

ATM collected many points in the last games that made them able to pass Betis and be 2 points behind Sociedad.
I don't fully agree with position 4 is comfortable for ATM since 2 rounds failure will make them drop behind Betis. ATM should keep positive results to get the 3rd position and stay away from the 5th place so they can guarantee a place for the UCL

This match wasn't very exciting, it's already halftime and the scores don't change still 0-0. There were actually two good chances for Valencia in the 9 minute, but they weren't lucky. Also Samuel Lino is still in a not so good performance, as a striker so far he has only scored 2 goals in 22 matches, a bad record for him at Valencia.

We have to remember the position and state Barcelona were in before Xavi came, and it was just about a year ago, for now if they can win the La Liga, it is enough for the club, i know they were eliminated from the champions league, and it was very disappointing, but the club know they are in their rebuilding phase. If Xavi wins the La Liga, and maybe the copa del rey, then it would be a very successful season for Barcelona, then by next season the team and the coach will get much better and would be able to challenge for the Champions league.

However, the game will be taken seriously. Furthermore, I am unable to predict whether Real Madrid will win the game because I believe Atletico Madrid has been playing better football recently based on my observations of their most recent games. I also believe Real Madrid has not been that strong as they are at the beginning of the season,Due to that it will no be idea to predict outcomes of this type of game, let's just wait and see what happens at the end.

Getafe and Valencia are playing right now, and since neither team has scored, the score is 0-0. Both teams are performing well and mounting strong offenses. I can't really say that one team is performing better than one currently.

But I'm so confused about Getafe. They have always been a big upstacle to some top clubs like Real Madrid Celta Vigo, Atletico Madrid, Real Sociedad, Villareal and many more top Spanish clubs, but yet still they can't escape the relegation zone. I enjoy it when ever I'm opporuned to watch their matches but when looking at the Spanish league standing,  their position surprises me. This really keeps me wondering if it could be as a result of how tough La liga is, cuz they are several strong Spanish teams who aren't doing well in the domestic league this days.

The point gap between Real Madrid and Barcelona is 8 points (not 9 points).
The remaining matches are 16 matches (38-22), it is matchday 23 now.

It is true that the point gap is quite big, so the chance for Real Madrid to overtake Barcelona is smaller. However, considering there are 16 remaining matches, I am sure it is still not impossible for Real Madrid to overtake Barcelona. Unless the remaining matches are less than 10 matches, we can't claim Real Madrid has no opportunity to chase Barcelona.

As they say,who does not score they concede,it is the unwritten law of football and Valencia paid a heavy price tonight for not scoring,they are near the relegation zone and I think only a miracle can save them from that place.I thought that in this game they would try to win at all cost in order to evade a bit from the relegation zone yet they lost this game.I believed so much in them that I put a double chance Valencia win or draw in order to have a safe bet and to get like 40% profit but I am surprised now that Getafe won the game,I must admit though they dominated the game more and created more chances so in my opinion they deserved this win.

In the final minutes of the second half Getafe managed to win with 1 goal created by Borja Mayoral which can be said to be Getafe's savior, indeed Getafe should have won because Valencia in five consecutive matches never won and always lost. At least Getafe

Barcelona current form seems to be unquenchable looking at their performance lately Barcelona has remain unbeatable for now, they can face any team with their good outplay, their league side is been dorminated by them and thats a good one for Barca.

Valencia team is continuing the disapointing results, they lost again today against one of the relegation contenders after having a good performance, they were better the majority of the game but thanks to borja mayoral late goal getafe team was able to take the three points, valencia now are in trouble they have difficult games coming up.

Since the beginning of today's match for these two teams it has been rather difficult to predict because both are bottom-of-the-table teams this season. But in the end their match was won by the hosts, namely Getafe after Mayoral managed to score one goal in the 82nd minute. And with this result it was able to bring Getafe to sit in 16th place.

It was clearly much better for Getafe because the team was not in relegation zone again, even though Getafe's number of points is still the same as the two other teams below them, namely Almeria and Cadiz and not much different from Valencia, who was defeated by Getafe today.
