As of today Barcelona is the winner of la liga without a doubt, no doubt about it at all. Because Real will keep on playing at UCL, they won't be losing to Liverpool by 3+ goals, so they are going to next stage and still have to play in the cup and all that, whereas Barcelona only needs to care about the league at this moment, and could rest their players during these periods and could only make them play the league games which they will be basically 100% ready for each time.
