It happened a few decades ago and was done by Guus Hiddink when he coached the Chelsea club and the Russian national team at the same time.

Im feeling the same as you. How disappointed me to see that the match against juventus being cancelled but i had got a confirmation if they will not cancel the next match. Barcelona are gonna face arsenal. It will be a good match to be used as measurement how deep the squad that owned by barcelona after it has acquired some players like gundogan from manchester city. We can consider Arsenal as a club that is currently at its peak.. It can be a good test for arsenal.
Barcelona can be considered as a strong team if the club will be able to beat arsenal in the upcoming match. I hope that barcelona will be performing even better. It will be so good if barcelona will be able to destroy arsenal in the pre match.

I feel like Barcelona will definitely be a good team this upcoming season as well but not sure how good they will be. They played very well in the league games and won the title last season, will they be able to do the same thing again? They need to have a few good successful seasons where they win some league titles and also do as well as possible at the UCL level as well, at least get out of the group stages, and then maybe they will be able to get back on their feet financially.

Of course to do that they need to cut down on the spending as well, they can't keep paying a lot of money to get players, this summer I haven't heard of that, so they need to keep that going for a few more seasons and they should be fine in the end.
