Xabi Alonso currently training Leverkusen and he can make this team performing well last season on Bundesliga so clearly he is potential manager but i highly doubt he can able to handle Real Madrid because the pressure will be so different when he train this team and the most favourite manager who possibly as the replacement of Ancelotti is Zidane because he has fantastic achievement while train Real Madrid before and 3 champion league trophies and 1 Laliga title is proven he is very suitable to train Real Madrid but indeed there is a problem because it will not easy to persuade him to train this team again
