Atletico Madrid thankfully managed to win by 2-0. The youngster Rodrigo Riquelme's goal secured the win. It wasn't nice to see that incident of course as it ended up with Morata's being given a red card as well. Because Morata is one of the very important players for Atletico Madrid this season. He has been very productive so far.

Atletico Madrid have 13 points now maybe but they have a missing game as well. The Sevilla game was postponed you know and it is going to be played on December 23. I would expect Atletico Madrid to beat Sevilla in that game as well especially as long as Sevilla maintain their inconsistent look.

The result of the Real Betis - Granada match ended 1-1.
