The game is very intense this second half, as Barca has shown much dominance and repeated attacks. Sergio Ramos presence at Sevilla defence is really giving the team some confidence. That's experience in display.
Lewandowski has really shown a great effort to score but the Sevilla goalie is another brilliant keeper mounting egd to edge on the goal post, at 72 minutes and his still keeping a clean sheet on this game with so much pressure from Barcelona.

Indeed, since Sergio Ramos has been around, Sevilla's defense line has become much stronger and more difficult to penetrate, but who would have thought that currently Barcelona is 1 goal ahead through an own goal from Sergio Ramos. It seems that we have too high expectations for Sergio Ramos in this match and Barcelona will definitely maintain this advantage until the final minute. I think Sevilla must improve the performance of its players in order to get better results, especially for the attack line which has felt less stable recently to be able to score goals.

Barcelona won the match 1-0. And Barcelona's only goal was a mistake by Ramos. I don't see Ramos' fault here. Lamine Yamal had a nice header, and it accidentally hit the feet of Ramos. However, Barcelona were lucky. Ramos played well throughout the match. But in the end, it was Ramos who lost Sevilla.
Sevilla's performance in this match impressed me. Because in the past matches we have seen a messy performance from Sevilla. Sevilla's overall performance in today's match was quite good. If the team can improve a bit in attack, Sevilla will be able to move towards the top of the points table.

Lamine Yamal is a young and effective palyer for Barcelona at the same time, his performance in Barcelona was amazing and since he is still a young palyer in this team, there is a possibility for this young talent to get offers from other teams but so far he is very much near to sign another contract with Barcelona.
Currently the contract of Yamal will expire in 2024 but he is about to sign another contract until 2026.

He is the youngest player that Barca has ever had since history and he is also the youngest player that have scored for Barca ever since history too. He is a very talented and skillful player.

I know that in the nearest future he will be pulling waves and winning trophies. I don't think that Barca will let him go by 2026 because he still has a lot which they need him for in the club. Barca were lucky that they won Sevilla in tonight game.

Despite Sevilla's compactness, I think Barcelona were very unlucky in this game. They had a lot of chances and they should have scored like 3 goals aside the own goal by Ramos. They just kept of missing so many golden chances.

I have to say the people that train the boys in that Barcelona Academy are actually very good. How do they manage to bring up young boys that are very God at what they do. They've added Fermin Lopez and Lamine Yamal to their squad. They still have Pedri, Gavi and Balde.
I don't think there's any academy in the world that does what La Masia of Barcelona is doing. Very impressive job.
This was the same academy that gave us Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Busquest, Puyol. Impressive work.

The attack line needs to improve their play seriously, they had a lot of chances but were not able to convert any into any goal. Some of this chances comes but once in a game and if you don’t utilize them early and your opponents do, in a fierce match like this, it will be very hard to equalize and get back fully into the game again. I have no issues with Sergio Ramos, he really played well and coordinated the defense well also. The home goal came, it could have been any player so I have no negative notion about him towards that.

It was so sad that after a very good performance from Sevilla they still lost to Barcelona in the final minutes. It was an error uncalled for, but it happens in football, so no need for blame games now. They just need to do more in their next match in order to secure a victory in that match. Definitely a big blow to Sevilla in this match after they had fought well, they deserved to go home with at least a point. In the past seasons most especially when Messi was around Sevilla has always use to have a batter by Barcelona. This season I was predicting the worst because they have started poorly and have gotten just seven points from there first seven games. But it is a vital win for Barcelona knowing that either of the two clubs Girona or Madrid will drop points as the face off against each other. But the big blow to Barcelona is the injury scare of Raphinha, he joins a list of some of the first team players and he would be missed but hopefully Ferran Torres would fill the gap perfectly. He Torres has always been begging for a chance and this is the perfect time to show the club his worth

I guessed the match will end up with a draw result because Sevilla defense looked good before the own goal made by Ramos. Sadly, that own goal changed the result, Barcelona could win the match although they didn't score any goal.  

It is pity for Sergio Ramos, he made a mistake in his debut. I'm sure Sevilla management really expects that Sergio Ramos to strengthen Sevilla defense. Instead, he did something that was detrimental to his own team.

Yes, he actually did it. He scored 1 goal but he scored to the wrong direction.

Indeed. Barcelona played better, it can be seen from the stats (more shot attempts, more ball possessions).
However, Barcelona needs to evaluate their attackers. They don't perform good enough, specifically for Lewandowski. Again Lewandowski failed to score.

It was an error uncalled for, but it happens in football, so no need for blame games now. They just need to do more in their next match in order to secure a victory in that match. When I analyzed Sevilla's and Barcelona's performance histories prior to the match, I saw that Barcelona was clearly more stronger than Sevilla, even from their previous seasons. As a result, I assumed that Barcelona might win with a large number of goals. However, given how Barcelona played against Sevilla, it is not worth congratulating them. Even if they keep playing this style, they will have a hard time defeating a club that is more powerful than Sevilla.

I don't hold Sergio Ramos accountable as much because everyone makes mistakes, and most of the time in football, if there isn't a mistake, there won't be a goal. The error has already been made, and the only thing he can do now is learn from it for the future. Sevilla absolutely outdid themselves since, despite their weak start to the season, I never imagined they would challenge Barcelona in this way. However, after their performances in the previous match and this one, I believe they have made progress.

Sevilla tried their best but Barcelona was better. Sergio Ramos was in the wrong position and he wasn't helpful for his team this time. I find it not bad after all to resist against Barcelona since that means that Sevilla are healing. Hopefully next times are better for them.

Haha. I love it when players made bold statements and after it went back to them. Unlucky moment for Ramos but it was important for Barca. They wasted too many clear positions. Without that goal they would've drawn again, just like Mallorca game. Barca didn't look eager to score, they need to focus on their finishing. Sevilla didn't do much to take points from the game either. We can say that was a fair result.

Although Barcelona won but it wasn't a comfortable win as it was more like they managed to win as they got just a goal, initially before the match begun we taught Barcelona would win with a minimum of two goals as they have done even more .ksr recently with teams who are said to be even though especially in the game where they had a come back.

At the moment they are at the top of the table but it doesn't seem like a strong stand as if tomorrow Madrid happens to win there could be a displacement for Barcelona, Madrid will be a point ahead and Barcelona will go down by a point and the next displacement will be from Girona as they will be two points ahead of they win tomorrow game.

But the difference are not much if Barcelona could be consistent with more wins they could continue scaling up the table and if Girona or Real Madrid happens to loose any match the can be ahead with good point difference, but then for Barcelona, a narrow win as the one they got this evening is not healthy as any mistake could cause them the whole match and affect them greatly in the league, they should avoid getting such narrow wins an make sure to win with good goal difference

Single error and the whole effort of the team went in vain. This happens often with football and in some matches this doesn't looks like a big thing as there'll be other goals that keeps the team on the lead or levelled. Here it is the only goal in the entire match and served as the deciding one. Barcelona wasn't bad, but the expectation over the team is high which looks as a disappointment. Against Porto the match gonna take place within few days and I believe it would be easy winning for Barcelona. In today's match Porto have lost against Benfica.

Sevilla put in some good attacking pressure, but it was all contained by Barcelona's goalkeeper as Sevilla's few shots didn't result in goals, Sevilla drew too many games to win.

Yep Girona will be at home in addition while on fire with consecutive wins, but it cannot be denied that Real Madrid can also beat it still any prediction will be difficult especially for those who make bets in this match.
