Girona started the match very well, I think it was the feeling of being at home. There were two important positions in the first 3 minutes, one of them was very close. Then Real Madrid slowly started to make itself felt. Bellingham is the most successful transfer of this season and this is felt more and more in every match. Real could takeover the top spot that is definitely not a surprising thing because they are Real Madrid, but Girona being this good was definitely unexpected. But for that to happen they have to keep it going, not just one or two more games, if they could end up in the top three this season that would be true, but if they drop then maybe not so much. This has been just 7 games, and they have done great so far, but it is still just 7 games, there are so many more games to play to make it stick.

Even if Girona lost the match against Madrid, they coach should be proud of themselves, and the coach needs an applaud for taking them this far with not many quality players compared to the big teams, I just hope this defeat wouldn't discourage the players and make them decline in form instead motivate them to do better in their next match, atleast this is their 1st defeat and it's against one of the league gaints which is fair enough and was expected.
 
 It you check the stats you'll see that despite the lose, Girona still really tried their performance was good and they were even more possessive in the game and had almost same amount of shots with Madrid, Madrid are back to the top of the league again with 21 points, a point ahead of  Barcelona, and their star player added a goal to continue his goal record this season.

If you look at the statistics and during the game, Ramos is indeed quite good. But this little mistake made his debut badly. Maybe after the game Ramos will have trouble sleeping. Today first loss for Girona after seven matches without any defeat which is a great achievement for them going back to their previous seasons where they end up at bottom of standings. This time it’s Real Madrid who ended their streak with three clean goals and also took their leadership in standings. So we can see that after this round only Barcelona remains undefeated after eight matches.
If we go statistically Real Madrid now has a better chance of gaining more points than Barcelona, especially knowing that Barcelona are performing less in away games with two draws. In the next round Real Madrid will be playing at home while Barcelona will be playing away so it may effect their next result and may not be anything also. While Real Madrid as any other season they perform better in away matches than home I think it became a tradition for the white house.

This year in LaLiga standings we notice and seem to be more competitive compared to previous years possibly because both Real Madrid and Barcelona lost many trophies last year and it’s becoming harder for them to perform well in the Champions League, so at least one of them would do everything to secure the LaLiga title for this season.

How did you watch the first half of the match between Girona vs Real Madrid?

In my opinion, it is quite clear that Real Madrid really controls the game and I think they will maintain this 2 goal advantage until the match is over. However, even though Real Madrid is quite superior, Girona will definitely start to put up strong resistance in the second half because they also don't want to play at home and instead suffer defeat. Moreover, they have the opportunity to widen the gap from Real Madrid and Barcelona in the standings. But it seems very difficult for Girona to make a comeback and Real Madrid of course still wants to launch attacks and add at least 1 more goal to seal their victory.

In this match, Madrid showed their existence that they were stronger than Girona. Not even 25 minutes had passed in the first half, Madrid had scored two goals against Girona. although in fact, in this match Girona put up quite an interesting resistance. Unfortunately, they were unable to utilize every opportunity they had. The two teams did not have much difference in terms of total shots throughout the match, only Madrid was superior to Girona.
However, this match clearly shows that the two teams have differences in quality even though Girona is in a positive trend. Madrid proved their quality and were able to win this match. As a result, Madrid shifted the top of the standings again.

My previous assumption was that this match would not produce many goals, in fact I doubted that both teams would score. so I speculated, ideally betting on Under 3.25 goals with odds of 1.71. but with a result of 0-3, at least, this bet is won by half. So, it's not as bad as I predicted. OK, so now it seems clear.  It seems like there will only be two teams competing fiercely in the race for the League trophy. Madrid and Barcelona are only one point apart, while Girona, perhaps their performance will decline after this defeat.

Jude deserved a MOTM in that match, other Real Madrid players also played solidly and were fine. But I was a bit annoyed with Nacho, he made his horror tackle even though Nacho played well. Too bad, there were only a few moments left before the match ended. Of course, Nacho's red card was very detrimental to Real Madrid because Real Madrid's only defenders were Rudiger, Alaba and Eder Militao but he ended up doing ridiculous things.

So in the next match, it is possible that Real Madrid will have to play Cb, a player from the academy, of course, they already have more CB stock. Yes Real Madrid at the moment do not have a good striker and it is a really big issues for them as they are finding it difficult to get good number of goals except when they happen to meet with a weaker team which they can probably be sure they are way above and do not match with strength and every other thing, then they will be able to get goals.

Since the start of the season the issues with Madrid's strike has been very obvious and we have hoped that it would have been resolved by now most probably by getting good replacement for the current strike force they have now but then I think it's not really possible as they will have to wait till the transfer windows are open again.

Anyways they still gat results even with their defective strikes so I think it's not a thing to really kill their selves over at the moment until they are able to get good replacements but for now they should focus on their tactics and style of play to keep them going in their local league and the champions league aswell, so far they don't really have bad results as their wins outweighs their losses.

Now Real Madrid not only does not have a top striker, but is also currently facing a defender crisis. The victory over Girona was a victory that Real Madrid had to pay dearly for because Nacho did not play in the next match. Playing in the home ground of a club who were yet to lose a Spanish La Liga game and where even at the top of the league table, I thought it was going to be a very difficult game for Real Madrid. Real Madrid that majority of football fans had expected to struggle in the game ended up comfortably beating former league leaders with a 3:0 win.
Carlo Ancelotti is unarguably one of the best managers of football in the world at the moment. Seeing how he manages this Real Madrid team and finding the best formation that'll suit his plan is just a joy to watch. Joselu is really ambitious these days. He is doing his best to be a permanent member of the starting eleven. This time he scored a goal and made an assist as well. He played much longer than Vinicius Junior today. Probably Ancelotti didn't want to risk Vinicius Junior by thinking of their Napoli game in the Champions League though.

But still Joselu's leaving the pitch quite late must have made him really happy. He is getting more motivated to show a lovely performance. I was prejudiced about him before the season. But now I'm quite excited about what he can do during the season.

Xavi Hernandez is a promising coach that have purpose for the club, his vision is to see Barcelona on-top La Liga table and lifting the most significant title which is the UEFA Champions League title. But he first of all, concentrate on his opponents in league game. Sevilla performance in the game was outstanding, good to see José Luis Mendilibar men displayed such incredible qualities towards the blaugrana, though they lost the game but it have given them the necessary motivation to start winning crucial games. Sevilla have a long way to go this season, just a matter of time before the bounce back to winning ways which is purely going to be beneficial to the club and there supporters.

Barcelona, ​​who appeared at home, really appeared dominant over their opponent, Sevilla. Some goal chances really weren't worth missing, but that's something that made the game against Sevilla really tough. Basically, both teams had the potential to score goals because of the opportunities they created, but each team's defense was really weak before Ramos accidentally scored his own goal.

Based on what I saw, Barcelona should have scored at least 2 goals in that match, but bad finish is again a problem that Barcelona must solve. Joao Felix performed well, but he failed to utilize Joao Cancelo's assist perfectly. Now it's time to wait for the match between Granada vs Real Madrid to find out who leads the standings this week.

Ramos was always an important player for Real Madrid when they were playing against Barcelona and he was an effective player for his team but he was accidentally in this game and surely this game was a complete nightmare for this player. I think he is even under pressure but the fans of Sevilla and Real Madrid because of that.

The Real Madrid win today didn't come as a surprise to me just that the number of goals they scored wasn't expected because lately they have been winning by narrow escape and their stoppage time goals has mostly been scored by Jude Bellingham but today the team took another measure which saw them win easily against Girona.

It may look like the Madrid coach is not bordered by the team's inability to score more goals due to them playing without a striker but I think the coach is probably planning to sign a striker next summer or during the next transfer window or maybe he's actually waiting for Mbappe to finally make a move to Madrid that could be his next move.

It seems like what I said before is that this match will be a match to test Girona true strength. And it seems that they are not strong enough when facing a strong team like Real Madrid. In today's match, Bellingham et al managed to beat Girona in front of their supporters with a score of 0-3. A completely inaccurate assessment that I predicted in this match because I hoped that Girona would be able to provide better resistance but in fact they were quite weak in this match.

A pretty good win for Real Madrid because when Vini returned to the main squad they immediately managed to win and also an additional 3 points made Real Madrid become leaders of the standings again this week.
