Well,of course Barcelona is a team who cannot be underestimated but making quite some false steps in such early stages of the La Liga and against weaker opponents for me is a big red flag.Sure Real has made false steps too but they have been against stronger teams,they have lost against Atletico Madrid in the Madrid derby and except that they have been doing well.

I have said it before Real should imperatively get a striker,Mbappe being the ideal player to add to this team which desperately needs a player like him and Ancelotti should leave his ego apart and open the door for such great player.

This looks very solid and stable so far, no real signs of weaknesses and no crack in their outstanding shape which they have been showing for weeks now. I think the first goal for them is to play like this until the season halftime and then make a first evaluation and set their goals. With 22 points won already it is hard to imagine how they could still be dealing with the relegation zone at some point.

Losing to Real Madrid, I felt they would start dropping points but they have decided to make a good show of the chance they have. They won against Cadiz which showed they meant business and want to stay longer than we have predicted.
I will wait untill halfway of the season before I can judge or give a good conclusion.

Since Lewandoski and some players would be absent, Barcelona is likely to play a first half draw or we shall witness less goals scored in the first half. More like it was against Porto during the Champions League.

I didn't expect Girona to start dropping points when they lost against Real Madrid because of the way they played against Real Madrid. That wasn't a team which is about to collapse, and the result was really more one-sided than the game really was. Girona had more ball possession and about the same number of shots, but not surprisingly Real Madrid succeeded more often in making their way through the defense and into the dangerzone in the box. It was tough for Girona to defend Vinicius Junior and Bellingham at the same time and they had some great moves, but still the result could have been closer than that.

Barcelona have announced that one of their defenders, Jules Kounde, has suffered a left MCL sprain and he will be out for an unknown amount of time. To raise the excitement in time, at the end of October (28th) Barcelona will be facing Real Madrid in Camp Nou. That's the game I am looking forward to as I really want to know whether we finally have a high level clasico again.

The two goals were stupid mistakes and shouldn't have happened. But yes the real quality of a team is shown when they have to come back from those mistakes and this is what Barcelona is doing quite well at the moment. But seriously, it would be much better if they wouldn't be in that situation in the first place. If they want to keep the race tight with Real Madrid, they can't afford such mistakes on a regular basis and should be focused on the game from the very first second of the game. Any setback, even if temporary and they come back from it, costs them energy and it doesn't work out every time and they lose points like this time.

Sometimes, I do forget that Bellingham is even a midfielder, he has established 10 goal in 10 games which means he has play 1 goal in each matches since beginning of the season, very interesting for a midfielder. I doubt if there is any player as a midfielder that has a debut like him in Real Madrid. I'm not sure about his conversion to a striker but the guy will do wellbif they let him occupied that spot for Real Madrid because it will raise his chances to score more goal in any opportunity that arrived his way.

Before facing Marllorca, Barcelona struggled and during the game with Mallorca, they didn't give a hundred percent and ended up sharing the points they should have won. Celta Vigo should have won though, but some individual performance from.some players like Joào Felix and Cancelo put them ahead. They would need to level up on how they play away games.

If you noticed Barcelona style of winning matches, they are kind of on the bad luck side of winning matches, the lower teams are the least expected teams I want to see Barcelona to use as merit of meeting staying above everyone on top of the standing but instead they drew with and then win top teams at the top of the standing, isn't that concerning? I also think he is too young for the responsibility he is being saddled with. He is a very talented player but is very young, needing effective player management to reach his full potential, just as Lionel Messi had as a teenager.

Frank Rijkaard was very influential in the success that Lionel Messi enjoyed in his career. He managed him perfectly when he was getting introduced into the squad in the midst of a lot of accomplished player and allowed him to grow naturally without all the hype and attention the media can give. I was very upset by the results of Barcelona's game against Granada. How could Granada, who didn't know if they would be in La Liga next season, score two goals against Barcelona in their first half? I can see that Lewandowski's absence has made the team weak, and if he were still playing, I wouldn't have expected that kind of performance from the team. Regarding Barcelona, I'm happy. They only got 1 point. This means that Real have a points difference with Barcelona. So while they will always be on top if they don't suffer a defeat or a continuous draw.  Granada defended very well. In fact, they piled up a lot of players in the penalty area and frustrated Barcelona. But indeed the initial 2 goals made Barcelona a little late to develop in the pattern of play.
