it's still a common thing. Villareal can comeback anytime. i think that if the team was not lucky enough in the last game. Villareal is still strong enough to go up again. I would say that he is way too overpaid for the contribution he makes to the team. I have to say that he is a good player and all, but nobody that should be paid that much and can't be replaced for half of his wage.

I'm curious and tried to find out how much Barca paid him and I found this one[1]. Is this data accurate? A 700k euro at the base amount/week is crazy. Even Salah at Liverpool, who is arguably more influential to his team doesn't earn that much. Why did Barca spend that much money on him in the first place? I failed to recall the reason why.
