Girona was winning while other teams didn't know what to do with it, but now we can see that other teams have found the weak links in Girona's game and are skillfully using it. I am afraid that next year Girona will not be able to repeat the success of this season, because other teams will simply know how to play and beat them.

The competition in La Liga now seems to me to be higher than in Serie A and the French league and that's why Real Madrid can not yet break away from Barcelona and Girona, but the game of Real Madrid inspires optimism and Real Madrid is now in the best sports form for 5 years. The last time Real Madrid was in such good form I think was in 2018, when they won the Champions League with Zidane.

No matter what happens with the league, Girona definitely achieved something nice. Also, the main problem I have with the current standings is that Barcelona is about to take over Girona for second place, sure they have a lot of points difference with Madrid and that is bad, but they are becoming second soon if Girona keeps this up, also Barcelona is at UCL last 16 if I am not wrong, meaning that they are going to end up beating Napoli, 9th in the Serie A right now and not doing that well at all.

This is why I think that Barcelona could be at quarter finals as well. In a year where Barcelona finishes second in the league and quarter finals in the UCL, doesn't feel like it is a bad enough result that they should fire Xavi, that was a HUGE mistake that they will regret eventually.

I've always rotted for Xavi Hernandez, but it does seem like he's already taken his decision completely. One thing I'm not so sure about is Deco coming out to say he won't be sacked, anybody read it?
Maybe after all the talk of him leaving was only to clear the noise and criticisms around his job. Bothers me akot you know. Like this is the same man that won you the Spanish League Competition last season why agitate to get him sacked?

It's been an extraordinary year so far for Girona. They lost to Atletic Bilbao and with this defeat, they were defeated only 3 times in the league. 2 of these defeats came from Real Madrid. I think the match between Betis vs Bilbao is very interesting because as dark horses teams both teams has displayed stable performance and whether it Betis or Bilbao they have impressive records in Laliga because Betis only lost once from 12 home matches this season and Bilbao also has good records too because in the last 15 matches in Laliga Bilbao also only got 1 loses but unfortunately Betis was too much to gets draw results from their previous matches and it makes them losing plenty of points and for Bilbao their conditions were very good especially after last week they can able to beat Girona with narrow scores so Bilbao in the good of motivation to beat Betis

is this a sign that the Girona players mentality is broken? It's a shame because we think they can still  come  back agains opponents other than Madrid. The final result from Atletico Madrid makes Girona even more doubtful. initially we were very interested in those who were able to explore this season with many amazing results. we'll see in the future whether coach  Michel is able to restore  the enthusiasm of his players or whether he will continue to sink into decline. Just imagine realistically, if Barcelona were aiming for second place, that could happen, especially now that they are only two points behind Girona. While Sevilla are having tough days I assume Real Madrid would manage to beat them nicely at Santiago Bernabeu this week.    It would be really nice for Real Madrid to make up for the point loss against Vallecano as well. Yes, I even thought it was going to be Barcelona and Real Madrid, but it’s obvious that Real Madrid is performing much better than Barcelona, with the 62 points they already have, leading the table. I didn’t expect they would slow down and let Girona stand ahead of them. Maybe Girona could contend, but they’ve also proven that they can’t knock Real Madrid down of the game. Even though there are around 13 matches left, it’s likely that Real Madrid will remain top abd consolidate their lead, unless they don’t perform as well, which seems difficult given the current circumstances. Plus, I think Mbappé is already gearing up to join the team.

Mbappé’s introduction to Real Madrid, which I believe will be next season, is going to bring more fire to the club. I think that there will be players to leave from girona since we are still far away from the summer transfer season. We will be only seeing some players may be making pre agreement with the new team. While Sevilla are having tough days I assume Real Madrid would manage to beat them nicely at Santiago Bernabeu this week.    It would be really nice for Real Madrid to make up for the point loss against Vallecano as well. Girona is very close to the barcelona. Blaugrana can take the second spot if girona keeps show another shitty performance.
