I think this Girona side are really back to how we know them and they're not even going to finish in the top 4 or even the top 6 depending on how the other teams play out their games. I wonder how they're going to perform in the champions league, maybe they're going their to give every team in their group 3pt then be eliminated from the group stage, not yet writing them off but what I saw tonight is not encouraging.

So it's actually seeming that Girona will be having a difficult season this time as a result of the absence of the players they sold without an equal talent  replacement.

They have to face the music of the big mistake they make of selling their best players without getting a good replacement for the player. Statistically, they were ahead of Atletico Madrid even in possession and many other things but Atletico Madrid got more shots on target than them. They have lost one match and draw one match and are currently in the number 18th of the table, this is not a good way for them to start the season with but I think they can actually pull themselves through and climb up the table soon since the season is just starting. If they want to go far this season like they did in the last season, they need to convert as many chances as possible and get things done immediately just when they need to be done. Atletico Madrid has a clean sheet on them with three goals to nothing from them. One of the places I believe we are e going to see another awesome brilliance from mbappe would be in the champion's league when it eventually starts as that has been one of his dream while coming to Madrid so making sure to win that trophy will be tops on his priorities.

It's just business... strictly business , I mean they gotta keep on making something out of the club if they don't have any trophy even though I don't like the idea of limiting themselves.
 I don't think they got a better replacement during the transfer window despite the fact they knew they will be playing in UCL 2024/2025 and they will be needing extra squad which should be better than that of Laliga's last season, they went on playing dumb selling players without proper replacement, now they can't even compete in Laliga like they did some months back, well I still believe everything is still fresh:) , maybe they are just gonna focus on UCL only who knows...

I like how persuasive Anceloti used his brain. You will know that most teams are now focus on Mbape as the main target because they think he is main character now and today he played the most dumbest of all since his arrival and I was happy how Anceloti was confident to change him with Endrick. He is average but that gave him an advantage as people didn't see him coming to score goals, this might help change attractions of players towards Mbape in the coming matches.

Real Madrid are now back to the top of the table together where Barcelona and Celta are sitting but what funny me is how Celta that finish the last season in number 13 is now leading the league with 6 points, like they are confidently sitting like they are winning it. The more I try to convince myself that they can't, the more I remember how Girona stay there in the last season and funny how Girona is now in number 13th, this spots looks funny.

In as much as I have no doubts about goals coming through for Mbappe as he is just having the problem of not settling in fast at the moment. The formation is definitely a thing that all three of them; Rodrigo, Mbappe and Vinicius are all getting to understand due to their similarities in playing pattern but with time they will get to under each other or probably a new one will be used by Carlo Ancelotti. The biggest problem in fact in this Real Madrid team is how the midfield is supposed to be setup and Iike the idea that Ancelotti himself thought of having the young Arder Guler their, although it didn’t happen to work out, the introduction of Brahmin Diaz showed that any of them or even modric will be a better option than even Bellingham.

Right now the entire football world is focus on the attacking trio and it is affecting them but if there is one man that can handle many great players at the same club I think no manager does it better than Carlo Ancelloti and he will find solutions to the three attacks goal drought

Real Madrid was poor in the first half. They were static, slow, and misplaced too many passes. But, the second half improved after Ancelotti made some good subs. I agree that Mbappe is mostly effective from the left but that would mean taking Vini out of that wing and we all know Vini is not effective at all on the right. As things stand, Ancelotti is going to find a way for things to work because both Vini and Mbappe are too valuable to be on the bench and the only solution I see is for Mbappe to keep playing from the middle. I believe with time there will be more understanding.
As for Mbappe, ill prefer he starts learning how to be a centre forward because his pace is his biggest strength and as he ages, that pace will reduce and if he doesn't evolve it will be a problem for him. The same way Ronaldo evolved would be the best decision for Mbappe right now.
