How it works

Acquire SURE tokens
In order to ensure your crypto portfolio, you simply need to purchase/acquire SURE tokens from available exchanges.
Insurance will become effective immediately when SURE tokens are placed into the wallet.
Please refrain from storing your SURE tokens in the exchanges. In order to process the request, we will require you to sign the request with your wallet.
Submit Request
If your portfolio was affected by scam, drastic devaluation or stolen funds (exchange closure) we will be happy to reimburse your losses based on the plan chosen by you.
If you were unlucky and was affected by one of three reasons mentioned above, please feel free send us an email request to request to request@insuretoken.net
1. Name of the crypto coin/token
2. Your Affected wallet address
3. Date of the accident
4. Your wallet address that holds SURE tokens
5. Additional information to take into account
6. Sign the following message with your myEtherWallet (that holds SURE tokens): "I am the holder of SURE tokens requesting inSure team to process my request: {include_all_points_from_1_to_5}"
Please give us 3-4 business days to process your request (we will investigate the issue and provide the best solution)

Receive Payment
We will process your request with diligence and will initiate a transfer of SURE tokens in the amount of insured value based on the plan chosen by you.
We will be placing the BUY order for SURE tokens and will notify you that you can exchange SURE tokens for ETH or BTC.
You are not forced to sell your SURE tokens, instead, you can sell later to other investors who need insurance of their Crypto Portfolio or will keep the token as an investment.

Can I buy SURE tokens from someone else?
The convenience of usage of inSure System is anyone can buy/sell SURE tokens. That means anyone can become reseller of insurance plans. Please use official exchanges to trade SURE tokens.

Can I buy SURE tokens after my Crypto Portfolio was affected and still be insured from previous losses?
Insurance will become effective only after acquiring SURE tokens and holding them on your account. Please make sure you are already using one of our plans before doing any risky investments.

I am the holder of SURE tokens, how do I get reimbursed for my losses?
To receive payment from inSure System, we ask the user to sign the request for investigation first. The whole process is described in "How it works" section of the Home page. When the investigation is completed on our side and decision made to reimburse your losses, we will send you SURE tokens in the amount of the insured value.

Can I invest my money in SURE tokens?
Yes, you are allowed to hold and resell SURE tokens. During holding period of the SURE tokens you fully insured based on the applicable plan. Since the value of the SURE token fluctuates, by trading SURE token you can increase value of your crypto portfolio.

What do I do with SURE tokens after my insurance is terminated?
You are allowed to sell your SURE tokens on the exchanges. You can also add previously owned SURE tokens into a new plan. In order to be insured for the next term, you will need to purchase a new plan or upgrade your previous plan by adding more SURE tokens. Please see the available plans above.

1. Scammers - proven wallets of the scammers and the user's transaction of the funds to that wallet - even when you pay for some goods or services - similar to Credit Cards' insurance.

It is also would have been very suspicious if the client files the claim after couple of days of acquiring the insurance plan. Aaaaaaand now it transpires that they are funded by private investors. LOL Do u believe this? This entire insurance thing is a crock, and doesnt seem to be in line with how legit insurance companies work. Insurance businesses do pool funds from individuals whereby their client's payout is insured in the event of a disaster / deleterious influence of natural orgin to which clients may be exposed. Now, these guys have no reserve fund and will most likely default on payments when / if it ever it comes to that. With insurance agreement in place, ppl normally have 100% guarantee of being paid. It all boils down to credibility which these guys hasnt got. Insurance scams proliferate across the globe, especially in underdeveloped countries.

If your portfolio was affected by scam, drastic devaluation or stolen funds (exchange closure) we will be happy to reimburse your losses based on the plan chosen by you.

It all boils down to credibility which these guys hasnt got. Insurance scams proliferate across the globe, especially in underdeveloped countries.

If your portfolio was affected by scam, drastic devaluation or stolen funds (exchange closure) we will be happy to reimburse your losses based on the plan chosen by you.

Whats more retarded is that nobody could prove their wallet was plundered. Thus cant be entitled for a compensation. Even if someones shit got stolen they wont get anything from u because u are financially incapacitated.

Also, inSure project doesn't insure funds that are stolen from the private wallets (your assumption is correct, it is impossible to prove if the customer simply didn't transfer the funds to another wallet). inSure System will only approve claims for the stolen funds if the funds were stolen by the centralized exchange (example Quadriga that happened almost 2 years ago).
We also have team members that currently work in insurance companies, and you understanding that the insurance companies guarantee 100% of the claim to be paid. It all depends on the insurance plan and the legitimacy of the claim.

We can see if the values were moved from one wallet to another just to claim the referral the second time, all the wallets with "dishonest" transactions won't be applicable and banned for the future bonuses.

Would you explain the original and the amount of the pool fund allocated as bonuses to be distributed to new addresses. I searched about the token and noticed there are only 142 address holding the total supply of Sure token. Does the team use his portion in Sure token supply and distribute bonuses. I thought about this after you tell that you have support from private investors, did those investors buy the Sure token or just gave you money? Some details are missing about the token holders. 20% as bonus is a huge percentage that frequently presented during ICOs . Now it's like selling the coin with a discount. I read the whitepaper and token risks document but didn't find who are the actual holders and how the token supply is shared. Noting also that this bonus program and the actual running campaign are not mentioned in the roadmap for the 1st quarter of this year.
The idea of insure system is interesting, i wish to know more about the token caracteristics and what determine its value if the team control a great portion.

It is good that you are asking detailed questions about our project (this will be very helpful to other community members too). We do have private investors that have some stake of SURE between 0.01-0.2% of all the circulation supply. 95% of the all tokens are locked by the system for future insurance plans and insurance claims payouts. The rest of the tokens are held by the exchanges (the users who hold their tokens in the exchanges might be at risk of exchange closures, we recommend holding SURE assets on your private wallets).

inSure System is a community project and anyone can leave or join the community whenever they want. It is a voluntary effort of insuring the whole community from unexpected losses.

The Bonus Program has been created to give incentives to newcomers and early adopters of the project (it is the same as if you are joining a Start-Up early you will be getting a bigger part of the project/company than if you decide to join the project later). We have Bounty and Marketing funds that are used for Bonuses campaign too (since it is a part of Marketing campaign as a whole). We will be running a 20% Bonus campaign while it is still reasonable and doesn't harm the community's investments as a whole.

Hi this is not the model of the project itself, these are just the means to incentivize early adopters and expand our community in a healthy way. The bounty and bonuses have  the limited offer - these were extra measures that we accepted during the bearish market. We also have resources in BTC and ETH to keep the value on the same level even after bounties and bonuses that will be shared with early adopters. The main purpose of inSure token is to be a way to track the insurances and be the means to conduct the insurance claim payments from our risk pool.

Please refrain from storing your SURE tokens in the exchanges. In order to process the request, we will require you to sign the request with your wallet.
Submit Request
If your portfolio was affected by scam, drastic devaluation or stolen funds (exchange closure) we will be happy to reimburse your losses based on the plan chosen by you.

3. Date of the accident
4. Your wallet address that holds SURE tokens
5. Additional information to take into account
6. Sign the following message with your myEtherWallet (that holds SURE tokens): "I am the holder of SURE tokens requesting inSure team to process my request: {include_all_points_from_1_to_5}"
Please give us 3-4 business days to process your request (we will investigate the issue and provide the best solution)

Receive Payment
We will process your request with diligence and will initiate a transfer of SURE tokens in the amount of insured value based on the plan chosen by you.
We will be placing the BUY order for SURE tokens and will notify you that you can exchange SURE tokens for ETH or BTC.

Can I buy SURE tokens from someone else?
The convenience of usage of inSure System is anyone can buy/sell SURE tokens. That means anyone can become reseller of insurance plans. Please use official exchanges to trade SURE tokens.

Can I buy SURE tokens after my Crypto Portfolio was affected and still be insured from previous losses?
Insurance will become effective only after acquiring SURE tokens and holding them on your account. Please make sure you are already using one of our plans before doing any risky investments.

I am the holder of SURE tokens, how do I get reimbursed for my losses?
To receive payment from inSure System, we ask the user to sign the request for investigation first. The whole process is described in "How it works" section of the Home page. When the investigation is completed on our side and decision made to reimburse your losses, we will send you SURE tokens in the amount of the insured value.

Can I invest my money in SURE tokens?
Yes, you are allowed to hold and resell SURE tokens. During holding period of the SURE tokens you fully insured based on the applicable plan. Since the value of the SURE token fluctuates, by trading SURE token you can increase value of your crypto portfolio.

What do I do with SURE tokens after my insurance is terminated?
You are allowed to sell your SURE tokens on the exchanges. You can also add previously owned SURE tokens into a new plan. In order to be insured for the next term, you will need to purchase a new plan or upgrade your previous plan by adding more SURE tokens. Please see the available plans above.
