Money. More money, more happy I am.
Especially now in the bull market because more you earn now, bugger possible profit you would have in the future when Bitcoin hits ATH price again.
Most people are looking for money in a bounty campaign including the faithful investors. Yes indeed, as you above mentioned earning money is very difficult, because we are right now in the bull market. l see bounty campaign like chance. More than that when BTC price would get up, that means, the profit would get up too.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I recently started managing my first bounty campaign, however, its been a few days and we have yet to see any traction.

The project I'm managing the campaign for is currently in their early startup stages, however, they are running on the VeChainThor Blockchain, they are closely related and in collaboration with an existing prominent project, and are set to release their MVP before the public sale is even set to end.

All these are clear indications, at least to myself, that the project is legitimate and seems to have potential to be a great success. So I would have expected to see more traction by now, but I haven't.

So my question to you all, what do you look for in a bounty campaign?
Do you value a project with a better product, or a project that is giving away higher rewards?
Are there any requirements that steer you away from participating in a campaign?

Any insight and feedback would be extremely helpful so that I can adjust my campaign if needed in order to maximize the results.

Thanks!
Good product + more reward = successful bounty
So instead of classifying the choices separately as you mentioned above, a project in which they are gathered together attracts the attention. In addition, knowing the amount of reward you will receive at the end and paying with ETH will also bring bounty to the top. Maybe it is like a fairy tale, but not impossible.

There are a lot of projects out there currently but there are a lot of reasons why many hunters choose certain projects over others. personally what i do look for in a bounty campaign is one the bounty manager in view, how the various campaigns have been designed, date of distribution of the bounty and whether the bounty requires a specific number of participants or not.

This project should have real products and this project is real. There are even many other ICO or IEO project criteria that I want to follow. The team must have an excellent reputation and I won't argue that the project is using KYC or not.

For me, KYC is a real move, but of course, we also have to do the first check. Many companies display website and Roadmap of unclear or unreal projects.

With many projects not yet successful, I think we shouldn't give up. And with the IEO project now, it might be better than the ICO project.

1st - I'm looking at the project website
2nd - I'm looking at the manager and its history with bounties ( if he has one )
3rd - I'm looking at the total supply for bounty and if they already have the funds or they waiting to see if the ICO have success and if they already have the funds for bounty I'm joining, if not , I don't bother

After I checked all of this I can join the bounty without any problems because I have the confidence I will get paid even if the project won't gather their soft cap ( example : TimeBox - Good project but they did not got the necessary funds but still paid the hunters for the work ). What we should really focus is those signature campaigns that pay users in bitcoin every week even if the rates are low as in time I'm sure we win as the price rises.

if that project has a vechain connection, I would say that it may be a potential project, then in a project it is not only important that we earn money but we must also appreciate why a project is profitable, in The product is very important in a project campaign, because when it comes to promoting it properly and well, it is definitely a long term experience.

I always look out for the success of the project behind the bounty program. A project with high potentials of becoming successful will definitely have its bounty hunters earning good rewards at the long run. The reputation of the bounty manager counts but it is not a guarantee to the success of the project.

Agree but the fact at the moment is that the bounties themselves no longer pay what they should give to the participants. Most Bounties just don't pay. For what reason we are following a clear campaign are the rewards that we want to get by following that campaign, but at this time the rewards that we get are also not so big

The best bounty for me is like mb8coins. it has a repetative manager and a continuesly support of the developer for its bounty participants. they won't let you down with their promises. after sometimes they will fulfill it.

its pity that I sold my mb8coins earlier than the time it listed on exchange.

What i have looking for a bounty campaign is a good reputation in the near future. A project must be seen that has a good future here in the cryptocurrency, most of us wanted only to get a high reward and doesn't determining if it can give a good sociaty here in cryptocurrency but what if we look for it and promote the project ;as if it can give a better future to the next generation of cryptocurrency right? Being a reponsible investors or manager of project (not the scammers) can lead us to be a better bounty hunters.

Beats me why bounties would require KYC. I mean, it can't be anti-laundering due to the tokens not really having any value to begin with and besides, it's not an issue of coins being exchanged in the first place. As someone running a campaign, I have to ask, why do devs even institute KYC for a bounty campaign? The only logical reasons I can come up with tend to be nefarious reasons.

KYC is actually the complete opposite then what you think. A project that requires KYC is more credible that one that doesn't. It shows that they have taken the necessary legal steps in order to safely plan out their public sale, whether it is an ICO or IEO. It is very rare to see a professional startup not require KYC these days.

Bounty campaigns are also labeled as investment transactions as well by most countries, hence, while KYC is required for bounty campaigns as well.

So I understand that KYC could be a burden to complete, but it is very necessary and I'm not sure why people complain so much about it. It has so many perks so you need to do a better job when researching projects because it is obvious which projects are scams or not legitimate.
I do not think a project that requires KYC is more reliable than a project that does not require KYC. What makes the project successful is not the user's KYC, if the project has a good product and good communication then they will succeed.

Before joining a bounty campaign i always check the project first, what kind of project is that and also what kind of product that the project will produce. Every person have different opinion about the question number but for me, i always look at the project first than giving away higher rewards.

Most of bounty hunters hate KYC, maybe you should think about that, but i'm okay for KYC.

of course looking for altcoin for free, bounty campaigns are an easy way to earn income too. the rest is no more, because that is the only reason we follow the bounty campaign. everyone must have the same goal, follow the bounty for profit.

of course, what I'm looking for in a bounty campaign is profit. everyone who participates in the bounty program certainly thinks of this. after profit, then knowledge. from a bounty campaign, I was able to find out which concepts are the best and which will help humans in the future

One thing I don't like is the KYC I have never participated or going to participate in a bounty campaign that asked for KYC I'm not getting a huge amount of token compare to what investors are going to purchase, I remember one bounty campaign that suddenly asked for KYC and when I checked my stakes and the token that I was about to receive it's only worth $50 in their ICO price and it could be lower when it hit the market. So it's really not worth ro do KYC.

Yeah, but there concerns are all valid in regards to KYC.

1) It can be a long process depending what all is asked for
2) It requires you to give out your personal information in which you don't actually know how it gets handled after-the-fact
3) Is it worth risking the first two points for maybe $20-$50 of tokens?

I think it all depends on the project, but unfortunately, KYC is a participation killer.
