The reason why it is hard to attract investors nowadays because they are now afraid to get involved in scam projects again and most of their investment are not worth from unsuccessful projects. It is also the reason why new projects are having difficulties advertising their coin because there are only few investors are left than last year in the year of 2017.

Scamming is very rampant nowadays and this is the reason why investors are more cautious already in choosing projects to invest since they have lose already from the past scam projects they have invested. For those newly legit projects today, they will be very much affected since they will find it hard to attract new investors especially that investors are not going to trust any project particularly those who are new to their eyes.

Ico's started to boom in the internet, you can choose a lot
of ico that you like, but then started to change , there are ico that are scam, running with investors money in a snap, lending platforms also can be seen, the same happens they suddenly disappear
we have already have a very good market if there are no scammers
they change everything, now investors are so hesitant whenever there is a new coin that are good but they opted out because they think its a scam, I think we should find a way to lessen or better eliminate them for good.

Absolutely, on a positive side, people now have learned their lesson and it is a good thing, it means we are learning from our expedience and we are more cautious now due to large sum number of scam projects, on a negative side, people become more conservative now and afraid to invest in projects, so, those legit projects are also suffering for this consequence.

You are right, I do not see now there is an ICO that benefits investors. Only IEO may be in some of the top exchanges that have good potential and provide opportunities for investors to profit, the rest may be the same as illegal ICO.
ICO is no longer attractive to most investors, because it is difficult to find legitimate and potentially successful.
