 Investor use big amount for investing in bitcoin and altcoin and lost at first time investing make them very afraid for investing back in bitcoin and altcoin, they think will faced the same problem when investing with bitcoin and altcoin get lost and attract to get investor in bitcoin. Get back profit maybe after lost just have think by some investor with good check about altcoin investing first.

Investors are human too, they get tired, they are disappointed, and once these 2 caught them up, the tendency is that they will lose interest in investing in crypto especially in ICO/IEO, so they will find other ways for them to be able maximize their fund. Investors although they will not earn much for as long as their is return on their investment even a little. So for now since there are scam projects that are uncontrollable so they rested in investing too, hope someday once we do have support from the government that they will come back too.

A project should consists of a solid team for them to have successful sale. Most of the projects are failing because of their team members who cannot handle their role properly.

Investors are smarter now and the competition is getting tighter, in a bearish market, only the good ones will survive and that's the reality.

They don't want to experienced the same mistakes that they've got from their early investment. Many ICO's turned to scammed and investors now are no longer interested in participating without deep research and study. Yes, people become too cautious. The fall of 2017 was a shock for all, who invested in crypto at least something. I do not know those, who lost everything (my buddies deal with small sums), but I believe that people, who sold their houses and lost soon exist. And there are hundreds (if not thousands) of them. It is too hard now to persuade a person that a project will not at least burst.
