[CS:GO] Last 2 days, my EPL betting score is 3 wins, 1 loss. Let's continue good streak today with my ESL Pro League EU predictions and picks:

G2 - BIG: G2 ML, 1.31 @ BETSLIP
Ninjas In Pyjamas - North: Ninjas In Pyjamas ML, 1.33 @ BETSLIP

Both matches are BO3. Betting risk is normal. I would say those are pretty safe ML bets. I went for high bets, but safe, with okay 1.30+ odds. Was thinking about North +1.5 which has amazing odds, but i don't want to do the mistake i did yesterday with same bet North vs G2.

[DOTA 2] First Dota 2 Major of the season is here. Here are my picks and predictions for round 1 / day 1 of MDL Chengdu Major:

Alliance - Fnatic: Fnatic ML, 1.72 @ BETSLIP
Team Spirit - Vici Gaming: Vici Gaming -1.5, 1.85 @ BETSLIP
EHOME - Fighting PandaS: EHOME ML, 1.21 @ BETSLIP
beastcoast - Invictus Gaming: Invictus Gaming ML, 1.51 @ BETSLIP
Gambit Esports - J.Storm: Gambit Esports ML, 1.20 @ BETSLIP
Team Aster - Team Liquid: Team Aster ML, 1.67 @ BETSLIP

Luckily all matches are BO3. Guys this is new season, a lot of new mixed rosters and teams. Group stage, first rounds, be very careful, we didn't see 70% of these teams perform yet. Anything can happen. Go small. I think chinese teams will carry in round 1, their lineups look decent. Plus EG, which i think are top contender for the title. Let's see how round 1 will go, then we will be smarter.

Additional information on the Chengdu Major;
4 different groups. Some teams are rising star, or mostly  are underdogs.
Group D for me is more exciting group since there are some team that is not so popular, excited to see some new meta or gameplay with these teams, also in Group A; looking forward on TNC Predators.

The schedules for the match of MDL Chengdu Major is now out. Any predictions now for the 4 groups?

The opening matches bracket seems to be fair this time.

I'll wait for the playoffs. My opinion is that the group stages are too risky for betting. But, with the right bankroll management - I think all the same, it will be possible to make several bets.
Yep, the group stages are always the pain in Dota 2 tournaments.

The decider match for each group will be tomorrow and I think after that, when we already see the bracket for the playoffs, you can now start speculating which team would be good for you to bet.

Group D is somewhat new to my eyes but it isnt bad to consider to look up to their performances and draft picks. For group A then i would go for TNC.

Group B for VG and for Group C still undecided yet EG and Liquid are powerhouses. For D then i do look up for IG but lets see on whose gonna show up with this groupstage.

Yea, first day of MDL Chengdu was a bloodbath. 4 teams already qualified for the playoffs - TNC, Vici, Liquid and Invictus. I expected those teams to get 1st spots, i was just disappointed in EG, they lost to Liquid in a direct fight for a 1st place. Fight for the 2nd place in groups will continue tomorrow. Note: top 2 teams are going into Upper Bracket R1 (BO3), while bottom 2 teams in each groups are going to the Lower Bracket R1 (Bo1).

[DOTA 2] Day 1 of MDL Chengdu Major was pretty hard. As i said, a lot of surprises and unpredictable matches. Skip if you can't afford to lose, wait for the playoffs. My picks and bets for day 2:

Fighting PandaS - Team Unknown: Fighting PandaS -1.5, 1.56 @ BETSLIP
Fnatic - Team Spirit: Fnatic ML, 1.45 @ BETSLIP
Team Adroit - Team Aster: Team Aster ML, 1.30 @ BETSLIP
beastcoast - Gambit Esports: Gambit Esports ML, 1.55 @ BETSLIP

All matches are BO3. Betting risk is very high. Team Unknown and Adroit are big underdogs here. Good match to bet on is Gambit vs beastcoast, decent odds and i think ML bet on Gambit is pretty good.

[CS:GO] My bets and predictions for Dreamhack and ESL Pro League today:

CR4ZY - Sprout: Sprout ML, 1.90 @ BETSLIP
Heroic - Virtus.pro: Virtus.pro 1.5, 1.71 @ BETSLIP
Fnatic - Vitality: Over 2.5, 2.02 @ BETSLIP

All matches are Bo3. Betting risk is normal to high, be careful. I went for the high odds today. Cr4zy is playing with a standin, they doesn't look to good, even they have two wins in a bo1 series until now in this tournament. Heroic is here such a big favourites when i see the odds, 1.30 or lower on ML heroic, so i went for VP +1.5, i think they can pull out the map, even tho if you want a sure win go Heroic ML, with small profit. Fnatic vs Vitality, Krimz won't play seems so for now because of a flu, good odds on over 2.5 here, lets watch all 3 maps.

TNC has now moved to the next winner's bracket after defeating Alliance and is close to the finals.

The losers bracket round 1 is going to be a tough bracket but for us, this is easy to bet because it's a best of 1 series.

I think it's group B that's more exciting because of the teams that has TI experience. With Alliance, VICI gaming and Fnatic banging heads in Chengdu major. Oh by the way, OG does not join this major and I think it would be exciting for everybody since Ana and topson are not joining.

Group B? I don't think so and probably you missed the group stage already, Alliance, Team Spirit and Fnatic were sent down to lower bracket.

It doesn't matter if OG is in the majors or not, it's their attitude of not joining any of these majors. TI is their biggest part time job.

Yeah, this will be exciting because there is no one who can dominate them all lol Grin. Expect that there will be a close match between  each one of them. Anyway, another thing that pokes my attention is about the inspiration of Team Unknown for their logo, it looks like an ancient Pokemon for me (hayy childhood memories).

On the other hand, it looks like TNC became better after Kuku left their team huh. That's good for them because actually what I expected from the beginning is that they have the tendency to collapse due to poor chemistry but guess what, I'm all wrong Cheesy. Seems that kpii and March suits very well, they should keep up the good work to maintain their lead.

Right, I still don't have any idea why they didn't join in this major, since Chengdu Major has also some DPC points, this kind of major is really helpful for every team who are seeking for more DPC points for the upcoming The International.

Anyone has any ideas or maybe some announcement by OG why they did not join in this major?

Well, because of the nature of the Dota Pro Circuit system, the teams at the top can afford to skip events and still qualify for The International 2020. At the beginning of last year’s Dota Pro Circuit, Team Liquid failed to qualify for the Kuala Lumpur major after failing in the EU closed qualifier that took place just after TI8.

Despite earning no points at the first major, Team Liquid still qualified for TI9 with the fifth most DPC points, thanks to back-to-back grand finals appearances at the MDL Disneyland Paris major and the EPICENTER major. If PSG.LGD and Team Secret removed the points they earned from their first major of last year’s circuit, they still would have qualified for TI9 with a top six spot.

A top six spot in the DPC isn’t even necessary to make a deep run at The International. OG didn’t attend the first major last year, still qualified for TI9, and went on to win the whole thing.

With this system in place, it makes sense for teams who are at the top tier of Dota to take a longer break if they can afford it. Dota follows a tournament circuit structure that’s somewhat similar to that of CS:GO, with different tournament organizers and formats.

But the Dota 2 scene has five majors over the course of a year compared to CS:GO’s two, and Dota majors have a longer playoff format because they use double elimination compared to the single elimination bracket that CS:GO uses.

[CS:GO] Not many interesting matches today. ESL Pro League EU, 2 matches remaining, but the situation is very clear there regarding groups. Here are my picks:

Fnatic - FaZe: Over 2.5, 2.06 @ BETSLIP
Vitality - HellRaisers: HellRaisers 1.5, 2.46 @ BETSLIP

Both matches are BO3. This group is already basically finished. Only 2 teams are going through, fnatic and FaZe and 1st and 2nd teams with 2-0 score, Vitality and HR 3rd and 4th teams with 0-2 score. Fnatic and FaZe are playing for a first place, but both teams secured place in top 2 already. I expect 3 map match there. Regarding Vitality and HR, Vitality has nothing to play for, i don't know how serious they will take this match, while HR must prove themselfs, they already took a map from good FaZe, so taking a map from not motivated Vitality is possible. Small risky bet on that too.

I think they are on a vacation from their previous TI stint. Since they won a lot of money from TI8 and TI9, it would be the main reason why they haven't joined this Chengdu major.

As I've posted, just like last year they are not active with these majors and minors and they don't show the interest in joining it.

The whole season is like their hidden training, building up strategies while the other teams are focusing on minors and majors to acquire DPC points for the main event. Meanwhile, here they are can compete for qualifiers and get onboard through it on their way to the international.

Yes but as the statement in this article said: "they won’t be attending the Chengdu major, citing a need to extend time off for their players."
Refer to the link below for more:
https://www.dexerto.com/dota2/dota-teams-skipping-chengdu-major-1074467

So, they are just saying that they are extending their time off but they are actually preparing for their next matches.
