I do not know whether it is valid accusation or not but it would be better if roobet come there on the thread to confirm what is going on.
So people will not keep on wondering about it, as it may bring big question for some people (existing players or even potential players).
I myself still believe that roobet is a honest casino till this time, all previous issues were resolved without any further issue so I hope this one will be resolved as well.

Well, the problem is.

The person was kind of a jerk, you can read a few posts on that's a thread how he response and acting. Trying to watch the video by him, he used the old video and suggested to record a new one with a current date. But this jerk habit also on me ~LOL, so let him to solved by himself. I personally don't want really help him right now.

Roobet, make a promotion a week more than his money and until now all my transaction not really getting stuck just like him. The problem is the "confirmation" on his case and could be same as me a few months ago. But the difference on this case, he is a jerk, I'm not while waiting for patience for fixed the issue. You can also see how he responded to the support.

Yah,  his acting like a teenager who hangs around alot in twitch.

I dont think Roobet will steal few amounts when they can target bigger players. Been using it awhile no and didnt encounter any problems with Roobet.

No need to be overly fanatic to Roobet or any other casinos. Even a legit big business like Enron can do malicious things. Remember, we have no control over casinos here. Alright, no need to pay attention to that accusation as there is not enough evidence yet that Roobet has scammed him. As of now, I have not yet to read a case that Roobet can claim to be a scam. Anyway, to me, that would only depend on a gambler if he relies heavily on a casino. But of course, it is not uncommon for others to think about the risks of such platforms based on past of other casinos. Maybe just avoid comparing it to an old casino because they are not the same. This does not mean that other casinos have become scams and it will be scams as well.

We can't really know if they are making any profit or not but surely they are making a quite good amount of revenue that is correct. Costs of a casino is multi layered and it is different from casino to casino.

You can be a single person operation small time casino that was built and run by a single person without much cost (which won't really go to high) or you could be a company like this which spends money on many many things, which is why I think it is quite important to know what the profit could be for a casino like this when you remove the costs and I could say maybe it is not even profitable, or even if it is it can't be as high as revenue since there is costs. None of these means that they would still scam people out of pennies, they are much bigger and making much more amounts than these and couldn't care less about those type of amounts.

That's right, it is normal for any company to have costs and if you would like to profit that costs do get bigger and bigger by time. When you start a regular one man shop you do not spend more than 10k a month on that shop, or maybe you do but that is about it on average, when you are wallmart you spend billions of dollars every single month. This is why roobet which grew from day one to today probably spent more money as well.

At the end of the day there is really nothing you can do to calculate if roobet is making a profit or not, but it is obvious that they are making more revenue than the first days, but they are also having a growing amount of revenue as well which means they will keep making more and more. This results with profits either now or maybe eventually, so there is really nothing to worry about for them at all.

Based on your screenshot of the pinnacle there are: Top Games, Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Poker, Game Shows
And on roobet there are some more categories such as Sic Bo, Native Roulette, Dual Play.
IMO this is the one that make the difference of the online users number is big because pinnacle do not take the all games by Evolution.
All in all I still believe that the number we are talking about is the number of online users worldwide.
I did check the one on Fortunejack, the difference is not that big.

Maybe it is like a combination of places and the combined number? Because, that seems like the only reasonable explanation to this, I doubt roobet would ever get 20k+ people on their website but when I check that page it shows 21k now.

It is really weird, I think they are probably showing number of players on the providers page and all the other places that uses the same provider, so if that is the combination of all the places that uses the same provider, that means that could be 20k+ it makes total sense and totally believable. Seems that you do not understand my previous post correctly.
The number of players on provider is obviously equal as it uses the same server (Evolutiongaming).
But the number shown on each sites can be different depends on how many games and how many tables are provided by the sites.
I suggest you to compare more sites that provides Evolution games such as fortunejack.
Do not only watch the total number of online players but also check the provided games.
1 missing table/game may give some difference already.
OK I think it is enough to talk about this, I still in my opinion that the number is a number of online player worldwide based on the provided games by each site.

We still didn't manage to get roobet to talk about this? I mean that would be the important part because they are the only ones who can give a proper response to it, we can assume and assume all day and all night long and even one guy is already bored from talking about it, yet roobet hasn't responded with anything just yet. This should either be over when all of us feel bored about the subject which I feel like I won't for a little more while, or it should be over when roobet actually comes in and talks about the situation.

I think if we can PM them or just tell them on support or anywhere to come here and read the numbers and just give us a response, they might realize something is going on here and they will come here to respond to it as well, not sure if they would want to but it worths a shot.

Before roobet response to the issue, the victim needs to provide the problem with the current date. Just skipped this assumption dude, he already said no need community to help them.

So, let this case go and just mark the case only for a bunch a troll who wants to destroy some reputation casino. If you help them, wait until he saying to you stupid and other things XD. I already don't want to help him, also other people too.
