Like rollbit doing asking for 200$ for wrong network depo. Happened to me on a 170$ on arbitrum network but it didn't worth to pay 200$ to get 170$ so I just give up. So there's lot of ways such:
- rollbit one
or
- if kyc is done on that account to have at least 1 time the possibility to a refund
or
- minimum deposit amount

so there's quite a lot of solutions atleast if they don't want to keep for them that funds   .

$200 is too much but I understand them, if someone intentionally makes that mistake multiple times, it will cost casino a lot but I think that the fee should be more reasonable, for example similar to car fines, like $20-50. It's a pity to lose $170, that's 1 week's salary for some people.

It was not common in the past with less blockchains than now. With abundant blockchains for stable coins recent years, centralized exchanges and many online platforms develop automatic detection tool on which blockchain an address pasted by a user belongs to. This reduce risk of choosing wrong blockchain by users and it can help reducing support requests on customer staffs as well.

For sure this issue might gonna happen again to other people especially for those who didn't check well the network they are sending.

For experienced users, they are knowledgeable and experienced enough to have no problems with it and if they made mistakes, it is only by their carelessness or device hacks.

For newbies, they even don't know all these basic things and this feature is very helpful for them. Remind them to pay more attention on what they are doing and do enough careful checks.

Yeah, but it needs to be not happening for as much as it can be possible - because situations like that can be resolved in their wake easily by the team and right design / popups.

Firstly, this can only work if you are making a withdrawal from Roobet onto another external address. If you are depositing to Roobet from else where, then the wallet service you are using should be able to identify wrong addresses and prevent wrong deposits.

Secondly, All EVM compatible blockchains use similar addresses, so to me, it doesn't make sense to use different addresses for different chains. In fact, using one address across all EVM compatible blockchains reduces the incidents of wrong transactions, just like exchanges do.

I can't blame the casino for a mistake you made three times in a row, and I don't understand how you could have made the same mistake again. However, I can't find any explanation for why Roobet wouldn't refund, especially now that the Tron network is supported and funds can be accessed through the automated system, despite the fact that this was possible manually even without the supported network.

I don't think users will risk making reckless mistakes with less caution just because the system is lenient. These mistakes are not common and rarely occur. I'm not saying that they should be completely overlooked, but each case can be handled individually since some deposits may not be large enough to cover manual recovery costs. Additionally, whales should be dealt with more flexibly because human error is commun to happen.

On the other hand, a whale player who is wagering millions of dollars is supposed to be taken into account. Why would I, as a casino, lose a loyal player willing to deposit millions just to receive a small amount that he accidentally sent? But you know I have experienced before where the network is different but the address is the same. And this time I experienced it I sent to an address using the network should be BSC,

You were lucky in that case and it can be same if you use an address that is the same on Ethereum, BSC, Arbitrum or any other blockchains. The platform can generously and automatically proceed and credit your deposit to your account while you chose a wrong blockchain. However it does not guarantee that all platforms will support you in such case while you made a terrible mistake from your side.

Your luckiness gone if you choose a wrong blockchain and vitally that address is not the same on a blockchain you want to deposit your fund through it, you will lose your money. Even in this case, the exchange can not help you or they can request very expensive support fee.

Another terrible mistake is choosing a wrong blockchain with a mandate MEMO code. If you don't enter the MEMO code, you will lose your fund sent to that deposit address.

Be knowledgeable and careful, don't depend on luckiness and generous support from any company.

It might be supported or not supported.

It might be supported without fee or with extra fee. The extra fee can be very expensive and if your fund is small, you can forget about it after considering expensive extra fee for support.

Making a deposit in a wrong blockchain that is not yet supported by a platform is one of most terrible mistake. The company has no mandatory responsibility of support users in such cases and the user only can pray that eventually support will be made and fund will be credited.

To avoid mistakes, always checking some most important things:
Coin or token (name and ticker).
Blockchain to use (one token can be deployed on many blockchains).
MEMO if is required.

And always checking those information several times like two or three times at least before finalizing that withdrawal request or that transaction if it is broadcasted from a non custodial wallet.

1) To clarify I had no accusations before roobet so please check the date times cuz I just had a accusation with roobet. I stop using their sportsbet area so is normal I tried other casinos and I think I can leave a feedback where I've been playing. I could understand that you're a Roobet fan, but as I'm a Roobet user I can accuse if something seem wrong to me. So next time you try to put someone in a "bad position" (by saying, this guy seem to complain with other casino too) make sure you doing it well and accurate as there's no excuses!

2) About the arbitrum story as mentioned previously I just explained to that guy I did something similar on another casino ( and by the way they helped me , so I'm happy ).

3) About my accusation & feedback is based on the experience I had with their sportsbet area as I already write and the problem wasn't solved. The other topic you saw marked as solved, was a different one where they allowed bets on a match where quotes & score was 2-1 instead 1-1 (this has been solved by Roobet seniod. Instead about the first accusation was not solved and I won't mark it as solved for no reason because:
1) they let me bet on that match
2) they payed me out (obviously cuz was a won bet)
3) after 2-3h since settled as won they set it as refunded

So yeah, I recommend Roobet but stay away from their sportsbet area, seem the provider, that is used also in Rollbit & Betfury seem acting quite bad and there's lot of problems. And do not say do not blame Roobet because of their sportsbet provider, because It ain't my problem if they choosed to work with that scumbags and I give you a little example:

This casino used to be great. Now, I don't know what happened to them because their RTP is not like it used to be. I can't win jack anymore at Roobet. Roobet used to get like at least 1 to 2 million more players a month than Gamdom but now, Gamdom has more visitors than them. In as much as people can’t afford not to make mistakes, it’s better to have it than not have it at all. This would play the role of to have being formally warned and it would by some means limit the number of occurrences to this happening.

Something I don’t quite get though is the fact that, these addresses do accept deposits of USDT, hence it’s always left for you to get the correct network and having to paste a wrong address on a wrong network isn’t supposed to authenticate.
